    I was really happy with malco after buying 3 vehicles from them. Over the years their service was excellent although we have purchased a fourth vehicle from them and the motor failed before it was paid for. We proceeded to purchase a motor install from them and agreed with sales manager *** to do the install for $3500, we gave them $1500 up front and when we got the car back found out it was a used motor from jb auto salvage and was charged 4500, then they proceeded to charge us $750 for a warranty, then another )$750 for a clutch that was not needed nor was it ever approved or even brought up to us. After 3 weeks we started having trouble and it was a head gasket failing and dumping water through the exhaust,I brought it to their attention and had an oil change scheduled and the oil change was their part of upholding the warranty, took it in and was told they couldn’t change the oil because the motor needed service then told me they would contact me the very next day to set up a time to drop the vehicle off and that they could not and would not supply a loaner while the car was down. I called several times and was always hung up on and they never followed up so I proceeded to make the repairs my self to the head gasket issue, change the oil my self and then called back and was told that they would not refund my $750 for the warranty that they would not uphold they would not refund the $750 for the clutch they charged us for that was not ever done by the way and that they would not credit anything to our account and hung up on us. Their service and customer satisfaction has went completely down hill and they have become a very terrible dealership and I do not recommend anyone buying from them as they are scam artists full of greed.

    Bought a truck from them. My kid bought 2 cars from them had a friend buy a car there. Me and my wife was treated with great respect. They went above and beyond helping my daughter on 1st car she bought is why she bought 2nd 1 from them.i highly recommend them
