    My name is *************************. Im a client from **************************** that is associated with this attorney. Im filing this complaint because Mr. ********************** and his representatives wrongfully levied my bank account on 12/6/22. Ive been corresponding with Credit Central and discussing my options of settlement daily. Credit Central and I was awaiting an approval from management to approve or decline the request, which was supposed to only take 2 business days. I called more than five times from 11/17/22-12/6/22 trying to receive results. The rep ****** and another woman kept telling me to keep calling back because nothing was input. I have phone records. On 12/6/22 my entire bank account and student loan refund was levied for a total of $1,308.30. The judgment that was originally filed was $1134.13, thats including court cost. The day of the levy, the manager, who told her rep to tell me her name is ***************************** declined to have any communications with me and told me to consult a lawyer, which is extremely unprofessional because Ive been waiting on her to handle my request. She never told me to call a lawyer when I was calling back to back about the request. If she couldnt assist me, she should have declined my request and not lead me on. I told her rep, I will be speaking with upper management. Now, Im unable to receive the information I need to move forward because her and their attorney, Dawson expects me to get counsel. My complaint is the miscommunication about account statuses. This was wrongfully executed after several attempts to resolve. I was maliciously taken advantage of and Im extremely concerned about the ongoing files coming from Credit Central to this attorney. This should never happen to anyone whos actively involved in handling their financial affairs. There needs to be better communication from all parties on behalf of their clients. From the money handling tactics and the fees they piled on are inflated. My file needs to be investigated.
