On Feb 12, 2021 we had a heavy rain day. The next day, I went to the property to inspect for rain damage. Through the inspection, I noticed that all the gutters were taken off and the downspouts remained attached to the house. I searched the property and I found no traces of the gutters. I phone text John M**** asking him why were the gutters missing. John M**** came to the property and confirmed that the gutters were removed and discarded by his roof workers. He asked me to get an estimate of replacement cost. I did and sent him a copy. Also, he said his company installs gutters and he needed to speak to his boss to approve the installation. Our last phone text conversation on Jul 22, 2021 he responded to my text saying, "I will get back with you next week I've had a death in the family their out of town and honestly I forgot about it until you text me." I gave John M**** my sympathies and also asked to give me a roof estimate for my property.
After Jul 22, 2021 phone message, I have not been able to reach Rep. M****. I have tried several unsuccessful times calling the business office telephone number and Rep. M**** cell number, but I believe my number has been blocked.
On December 16, 2021, I sent a letter to the company requesting that the gutters that were removed from the property be replaced and installed. I also, sent a copy of the telephone text messages that I had with Rep, M**** dating from Sat Feb 13, 2021 - Thur. Jul 22, 2021. As of this day, no one has returned my call.
