    For about 2 years I have been getting unsolicited mailings from this company with a ********, ******* address requesting to buy property. I've put "Returned To Sender" on them and sometimes have placed the ad in my own envelope emphatically telling them to stop sending these mailings and remove this address from their mailing list. I'm receiving at least 2 a month. I've spoken with an attorney who told me this is harassment. Before I start spending money on legal proceedings it was suggested I start with the BBB and FTC. So I'm appealing to you to get this business to leave me alone. If I had property to sell I would not do business with them. They won't even comply to stop cluttering up my mailbox. This is the same as getting spam email and nuisance phone calls. The man named ****** on the back of the card looks like ************************* the owner.

We recognize that some individuals may wish to not receive our marketing, and we have a simple opt-out solution to promptly remove them from our outreach. I will have your address removed from our mailing list.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My initial complaint was 6/14/23 which the BBB attempted to reach a satisfactory resolution. Well, it didn't totally work. They are up to their old tricks again. The frequency has diminished but I got another ad on 7/24/23. This is 2023 and a few keystrokes could stop these ads. I'm not surprised that they lied. Although, they do not respect you and me, I do know that there is something or someone they will respect. Time takes care of all things. So, I just wanted to thank you for your efforts. There are some people that you cannot reason with.

While it may take up to 60 days for your information to be removed and the mailings to completely cease due to pre-generated materials, we acknowledge that receiving another mailing on 7/24/23 has caused you concern.
