      Date of transaction : 8/10/2024 Amount of money paid: $1000.00 I was advised by the ***** that I was to contact Parnell and Parnell whom is a debt collection firm . I have been working with them regarding the release of my drivers license. I had been speaking with a representative by the name of ***. She and I came to an agreement regarding the process and the payment plan. I agreed and allowed Parnell and Parnell to charge my card for the $1000.00 for the deposit with weekly payments of $94.00. I was advised the process could take up to 10 business days and I will receive correspondence regarding the deposit and the payment agreement. I have yet to receive any correspondence. Since the original conversation I have called multiple times to only be transferred. I was advised by *** that the company was not aware of what state the paperwork needed to be sent. When in reality they are aware of the details. When asked when did they send to ***** she could not give a date. I am not getting any response or updates regarding my case. This has caused a lot of stress as I need my license. i was advised by *** this would be resolved and I would have my license within 10 business days. I called Georgia and SC DMV and neither has received any paperwork from this company and Joy is not taking my calls. Please note as a third-party debt collection agency, you are required by law to send me the original contract agreement and any agreements that all parties involved agreed too.

      I do not owe The Parnell Law any money...I have no contract with them and they can not validate debt with wet signature or contract with them with wet signature.

      I am filing a complaint against Parnell & Parnell, **** for a debt that they are alleging is mine. I have no knowledge of this debt and requesting the following information from Parnell & Parnell, P.A.. As a third-party debt collection agency, you are required by law to send me the original contract agreement proving that this debt is in fact mine. I am also requesting that you send your chain of title and errors and omissions policy number proving that this debt is mine. As a consumer, I know my rights and that it is against the ***** to collect on a debt that you cannot prove. Because of this, Parnell & Parnell P.A. has willfully and negligently used my non-public personal information without my consent and is therefore deemed as fraud. I am demanding that you prove the documents that have been requested or delete and dispute the following debt. I am giving you 30 days to do this per the law.
