******. ****** called us and let us know he was on the way. Arrived within 5 minutes of the time he had stated on the call. He replaced a broken spring on one side of the door and replaced the spring on the other side of the door as well as fixed another broken piece. He lubricated the hinges on the door also. I was in the garage with him trying to learn something about the door mechanics. He did an excellent job. He was very efficient. If you request service from the overhead door company and ****** answers your call, you are in great hands.Overhead Door Company of Huntsville/North Alabama

Received excellent service today from Technician named ****** ! He was outstanding and professional. He answered my questions and did my repair in a timely manner. He was well mannered and efficient!
