      We were on an Alaska Cruise and our ship docked in *********, ** on 8/3/2025. Ketch Tour had a little hut on the dock where the cruise ship Carnival Spirit docked. They approached our group of 7 offering a Tour of the city along with a stop 10 miles out of town on their trolly. The tour was $40 per person and was told there would be numerous stops in town and 1 stop out of town. 90 minute tour. We ended up being put on an old school bus that leaked. When when left the dock we drove past the fish hatchery and proceeded to drive out of town. We ended up at a creek to look for a bear for 40 minutes. He then drove back into town to drop us off. We never made any stops besides the creek. Upon arriving back in town we tried contacting the company to file a complaint. They were no longer at the dock. We have tried calling their number listed on their flyer. Nobody answers. Tried sending a email with no response. This company is a scam and needs to be stopped. I have a copy of their flyer with their "promise" of what their tour would be.

      Aug. 3, 2025 *********, ******. *** bought a tour from Ketchitours. We were promised a 30 minute tour and multiple stops on a trolley tour. There was 11 in our group. Everyone bought tickets. 2 were put on the trolley. The rest of us were put on a old leaky bus with steamed up windows from the rain. We drove right past the first stop. Our 1st and only stop was at a creek where we had to walk across a busy road and a muddy trail and spent our whole time there with nothing to see but an eagle. I told the driver the only reason we bought the tickets were to see the salmon ladder, totem poles , hatchery and as they said multiple stops. We were told he had to get back for another group. He dropped some off in town and I requested we be dropped at the salmon ladder since that was to be part of the tour to begin with. The driver finally dropped us off there and we had to walk back in the pouring rain. When we got back to pier we were going to complain but booth was locked up. When purchasing tickets we asked for a receipt from credit card / cash but was told they don't give receipts even on credit cards. We tried calling the number listed on flyer no answer. Tried every day since the 3rd. No answer. I have emailed 2 times no response. This company is advising one thing and providing another. The trolley people get more what is advertised but if you get stuck on the bus you get 1 stop with nothing to see. I feel we are owed a refund. This is false advertising.
