I must say I am a bit disappointed with the lack of interest the service desk showed me after driving over 2 hours to reach you. I am also very disappointed with the quality of work. I asked that all the seals on the bedroom slide be replaced and only three were done, the one on the bottom which is why I took it to you in the first place was not replaced, since I don't have equipment to remove the slide. Also the bedroom slide seal you put on the outside is already coming loose. I found trash left around the slide as well. I emailed the above to them on 7/18/2023 and have received no response.Review from Kevin C

I made an appointment for my RV to get the Oil and Transmission fluid changed. They confirmed that they could do both of these and gave a date of October the 27th to do this. I extended my stay in to meet this date. When I brought my MotorHome in they informed me that they do not do Transmission fluids and I also they have no available time to do the oil change for at least a week and a half. The appointment was a waste of time and also me waiting for the appointment date.

Mr. ********, I am sorry for the confusion but your appointment day was for 10/27/2022 to drop your unit. Service always informs customers that there is a 10-14 day turn around once dropped. If you called earlier for your appointment that 10 - 14 days does not start on day called to make appointment. On our schedule it is recorded that we were to perform service to your Aqua-Hot, change engine oil & lube. There is no record of doing the transmission fluid.. WE are so sorry for the misunderstanding.
