    I was charged for a cabin air filter replacement during my 25k maintenance on October 19. I have Toyota care included with my new vehicle and ****** ********. I should not have been charged for any regular maintenance services including air filters and labor. I was also over charged for faulty wiper blades which make a loud sound in a service before this. I would like a full refund and a check mailed to me for both the cabin filter and wipers. If this isn’t resolved, I will reach out directly to Toyota HQ and file a direct complaint with them about my dealership experience. Anderson is the closest dealership and I prefer to take my car in there but I expect fair and equal treatment and not to be taken advantage of.

    I've been taking my truck to this certified dealer for 85k miles now. When I/us as customers take our vehicles to the dealerships we know we pay more. We do it for piece of mind that certified technicians are ensuring our vehicle is safe to drive... I recently was stranded on the side of the road because of bad wheel bearings and a leak that caused my abs sensor to warn me. It was so bad that the 3rd shop (1st two being ****** certified dealers) said 2 different issues were going g on and I discovered the severity of the issue would have locked up my brakes and potentially caused me to slide off a mountain. ( I drive in the mountains regularly). The response I got was, well we don't check that... how could it have gone unnoticed and gotten as bad as it was for me to have to replace the the entire axle assembly a d it wouldn't even come up in an inspection report. They will tell you in a heartbeat you need your ac, coolant, brake fluid ect.... Dealerships are no longer reliable. They don't stand for what they used to stand for and it's all about selling you something you DONT NEED VRS something that is literally life threatening!!! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER, **
