I purchased a total of 3 **** products and was somewhat satisfied with it. Until my battery-powered push mower refused to start. Call to **** resulted in receiving a phone number quite a distance away that no longer wanted to accept ****. A further contact to ****** "Customer Engagement Center" gained me three addresses for companies to file a warranty claim with, all of those places are hours away from my location. I would never have purchased any **** product, had I been aware of it. And since Walmart is selling ****, I wonder how they can justify this unacceptable situation.Review from Melvin J

I purchased their Hart 80v riding lawn mower, bagger with boost, and extra blades on February 5, 2024 and paid over $4300+. Upon receiving my order, I noticed cosmetic and accidental damages to the mower. This unit they sent has been sitting up since mid 2022 and I now see why. The mower works granted for now, but Hart didn’t do anything to try and help make the situation better. I asked for replacement parts and never got them. I asked for a partial credit due to the damages that they did see and acknowledged and was told they don’t do partial credits. The lawn mower went on clearance/rollback for more than $500+ 11 days after purchase (still on rollback to this day) and I asked them to at least price match with the new price and give me 10% of my money back for the damages to the unit and they straight up told me no. Finally after trying to reason with them and everything getting blocked, I asked for a return label after 16 days and was told they couldn’t issue me one and ******* would have to do it. ******* told me it was on them to send the return label because they were the seller and I couldn’t do it myself because they never updated the tracking info and it still to this day shows just shipped. There was a lot of passing blame to each other and I fought it to the very end. Lots of bs with this company and I should have listened to the other reviews! I had to go through literally every proper channel of *********** to get it resolved! Will never buy from this company again! I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the quality of the products we have purchased from your company. It has come to our attention that the products we invested in appear to be designed to break prematurely, causing significant disruptions to our operations. This situation is particularly concerning as we have multiple machines that are now in need of replacement due to what seems to be inherent flaws in the product design. Despite offering a 2 or 3 year warranty, sending me to an "authorized" service center over 60 miles from my house, they refused to stand by their product. So, a $100+ portable Wet/Dry Vac purchased in March 2022, lasted less than 9 months and now is trash. I will never purchase aother ***** tool and will make it a hobby to ensure no colleague, family member, friend or neighbor spends money with them either. STAY AWAYReview from Tim B

***** Lawnmower ********** has too many defects. Battery compartment lid broke off two month into operation. Operating handle broke soon thereafter with normal use. Blade operation ceased to function after only 1 & 1/2 years. Called Service dept and informed of Warranty service locations which were too far away and only accepted walk-ins. Was only notified of a "rapid repair" option after warranty voided. Cannot locate the control module needed nor can I get tech help from Ryobi. I am very disgusted with the product quality for price and the lack of service.Review from Chris W

Bought two shovels under the ****** ******** brand. Both split in half at the metal head within an hour of using them in soft soil with sandals on!! 5-year warranty is clearly stated on the handles. Company will not pick up the phone in spite of hours of wait time. They will not reply to their online warranty form. Walmart directs all warranty claims to these guys (****** ******** ********). Company is a total scam, and BBB should shut them down.Review from David L

I bought a ***** self-propelled lawn mower in 2022. Here is it 2023 only a year after I bought it and the batter and charger died. Since the batteries are under a 3 year warranty, I called their Customer Service department. The person that I spoke with told me it would take 10 - 14 days to get the replacement, however, he couldn't give me an order number, confirmation number or tracking number and told me I need to call back in 2 days for that information. When I tried to call back 4 days later I couldn't speak with anyone Was on hold for over 45 minutes. I tried calling 3 times. Finally decided to leave a message and it took over 5 hours to get a call back. Finally got a call back and got the confirmation and order numbers but was told there still isn't a tracking number. Here it is, a week later and still can't speak with anyone or get a tracking number from their chat. WORST Customer Service ever.Review from Emily C

My MIL bought us a ***** lawn mower for a house warming present last fall 2022. After only a year of use it stopped cutting grass, still somehow self propels. We tried to resolve the issue with ***** customer service since it’s still under warranty. They told us the closest service center was about 50 miles away. We called them and they’re not taking any more lawn mowers until the spring 2024. Another service center specifically said in its voicemail “please don’t bring us your *****!” ***** offered to send us a shipping label and we’d buy the box to ship somewhere else in the US, but she never called us back or sent the label. **** ***** isn’t taking any responsibility either. At this point I’m extremely frustrated with ****** customer service. They aren’t offering me an exchange or refund. At this point I would just like an apology and a refund and be done with this company. Such a headache and now we have no lawn mower for the fall. I bought ***** battery powered lawn mower last year from **** *****. It broke down in September this year. It is less than year. I had gas powered ones that were more reliable lasting over ten years. I tried calling customer service at Ryobi but no one to contact on Saturday. They have banker's hours. No there will help on phone. I contacted ***** by message on their website and it took them three weeks to answer without any assistance or advise. So I found service center on website and closest one is closed on weekends. I found a service center 12 miles away that was open on Saturday. I was surprised by dozens of ***** lawnmowers that needed repairs! It could fill two large garages! I wrote a bad review on **** ***** and ***** answered almost immediately. They promised a new lawnmower but it is now over three weeks and I received nothing. I just check with ***** again now mayber four weeks to get a new lawnmower. In summary, unreliable product, bad customer service and very long delays in servicing their products. They should just recall all their lawnmowers. Now my grass is getting long and Autumn is just around the corner. If there is anyone else who read this , please share your experien. Tell the world - don't buy ***** products.
