      I am a Carolina Foothills Credit Union Member, and I am having issues with you employees showing signs of discrimination, the agents have handled me very unprofessional, they have done everything from hang up on me to transfer me without my knowledge.. I have tried to resolve these issues and all they are doing is causing me to have to file a arbitration against your bank along with multiple complaints, since I can only speak to one person about my account "Candy"who has violated regulation E policy several times by not crediting my account for fraud, they have blocked my card blaming it on a dispute that they have already removed the funds from my account for then they state the dispute is being investigated reason for the blocking of my card check wasn't credited in my bank account and this has gotten out of hand to the point of not wanting to call cause i get transferred to "Candy" who does not call me back this issue has got of hand I am ready to report this this the ********** **** this has gotten so bad, they blocked my account 1 week after I was given a new card, and it has remained blocked and I am feeling its because i am african american, for the treatment that i am receiving they owe me $200 for a atm dispute and $300 in fraud on my account someone needs to look into this issue this has caused my insurance to cancel and it has caused me to lose my vehicle because of your agents irresponsible actions and delays of notifying my card was cancelled and the fact that they have done nothing to correct this issue...please contact me back asap...trying to get this to Mr. Scott W*****

      The experience we had when filing a death claim at this institution was insulting and frustrating. Upon the death of our loved one, we called to inquire about the process of reporting his passing since he was the primary account holder of a large IRA. We were told what documents to bring and went in to have the process handled. This was our first experience and, unfortunately, the first for the young man that worked at the credit union. He left the office, repeatedly, to consult with the manager. Twice, I asked if the manager could join us, and was told she was on a break or handling other business. Long story short, the death claim wasn’t filed that day and it was 2 months before we realized it. When I asked why it wasn’t done (since we left thinking all had been handled), I was told the young man didn’t “know he had to.” Again, I asked for the manager and was told she was unavailable. At one point, the manager chastised us, over the phone, for not bringing in the documents for filing the death claim, even though we had brought all required documents.This process took over 4 months and each time we went to the credit union, we were made to feel like a bother. The staff we dealt with weren’t very knowledgeable and when you’re there for them to guide you in a process you have no experience with, it’s very disheartening.
