They had said they was gonna fix my car and my tire blow out so called kars r us because wen I first got the car in February they said they was gonna fix the problem but so they kelp ignoring my calls keeping me on hold until the 30 days went out. My tire blow out they said we'll look at and so they volunteered to come tow my car well my income tax came cause that what I used as a down payment to get the car on the day after they sopose to had fixed my car I come get the car and they charged me $70 for a used tired and a plugged for the front driver side. So I ask them before I left did I own them anything else Randy the owner said No so months go by I had neck surgery and I was behind 2weeks so Randy said I'm late and i have to update my payment plus $60 extra for towing fees i said I never agreed to pay no towing fees and he said that was the towing fee wen they picked up my car months ago i said i have roadside service i didn't need you to tow it and I'm not paying something I never agreed to so after that Randy retaliated by saying if I miss one payment they gonna come get the car so I missed two payments last week of oct payment and Nov 4 payment the manager which is his daughter called my and threatened to come get the car again I said could pay Monday morning they threatened to freeze my account but there using poor people fixing they're car and charging extra money on the payment if cost $100 there gonna charge $200 it's all a hustle it sounds good if you couldn't afford to get or car fix but it's a rip off to working people ithey're also tried to bully me into paying something I don't owe they added the $60 anyways to what I owe on the car. I promise Im not the only customer they've done this to and they've treated me differently since the $60. It's been crazy..
