I went car shopping at Benson Kia of Spartanburg Sc on 2/17/24. Walking throughout lot I asked about the Kia *** I was told the car had great features which included auto start that you can remote start from your phone, heads-up display, and the car could do certain commands I was looking for by pressing the button. I was told the car could be charged at home using a charger the dealership would provide. On day two I contacted the sales rep letting them know my concerns and this was not what was told to me. The business was not very knowledgeable on the product and didn't admit to the lack of knowledge until after the contract was signed. The salesman made a house call because I was unpleased with what the car was doing versus what was told. On day three I arrived at the dealership to see if we could resolve these issues by putting me a different car preferably one with gas or hybrid. I was told it's my problem now I'm just have buyer's remorse. I explain im livid due to the lack of knowledge they provided for the product and promoting features that was not for this car. I was told the button inside the car would take me to an EV station it takes you to a station however on private property. I was scared the charge was dropping and I was alone. When asked why it's dropping they said they would take a look at the car only to get there and they tell me its electric the car would tell me if there was an issue. I was later told the car is losing charge due to the weather again something I didn't know played a factor with the car. After several complaints, I was told by management they would get me a home charger and tint the windows. The people working there is not knowledgeable of this vehicle they were researching while I'm expressing my concerns again they didn't know. And I'm supposed to be happy with this outcome? They secured a sale and labeled it buyer remorse while I'm explain when asked I was told this car was the best option.
