            Start Date 07/12/21 My car has been so called repainted by the shop 3 times. 1st time I went back to pick it up they had taken the Hood off the car painted it silver and the top of quarter panels Blue ,they were also to be painted Silver. They lost 2 bolts out of Hood and striped out 2 others.There other problems I told them to fix.Left it for a 2nd time.called about 2 weeks later said it was ready.Went a got it was covered in what ever so really couldn't see the job they had done.Got it home in the next few day started looking at a Trash in the paint had a orange peel effect to it and again stuff they were suppose to do that still didn't get done.Started looking around for someone higher up in the company met with them they said I had a Legitimate complaint and they would paint it again. Took it back on 08/28/21 they said they would get it right this time picked it up 09/11/21 car still not right.Told them I wanted a refund said NO that they would paint it again.To many things to list

            I think econo paint in Knoxville and Chattanooga should be shut down for the quality of work that they do I had to take my car back three times for my kill and I came all the way from Knoxville to Chattanooga to find out that they did paint the left side of the car and left the long scratch on it and presented the car like it was ready got mad with me when they didn't do their job told me after this he didn't want no more of my business but I feel that if I have to keep coming back and I travel 106 miles thinking I would get a better paint job then who's in the wrong?? I been getting car's painted with this company for 30 yrs the pass 2 yrs have been my problem.they so worried about putting out 40 car's a week.they forgot about quality. This paint jobs are so bad Earl shy make these paint jobs look good.the CEO need to step in. The district manager asked me what was he supposed to do fire everybody and close the econo down well if you can't get quality work why keep it open
