              EXCELLENT service from a skilled technician. Saved me a pile of money by repairing my kitchen faucet instead of installing a new one. Explained all the details in a way I could understand. So happy with the work Jeff did! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

              We recently had Superior over to our house to fix a broken pipe outside. We were told that the pipe could be partially replaced for $1500 + labor or we could have a PVC pipe install for the length of the pipe for $2400. The week they were supposed to do the work their equipment broke, which I understand things happen. The following week we had bad weather and the job was not able to be completed. This week when they came out, mind you we have had our yard flagged for gas, electric, and water for 2 weeks, now the dig safe tech states that Superior cannot use the equipment they had to perform the job that was quoted because the pipe that needs fixing is on top of our gas line and will have to hand dig the job. After 2 hours of discussing with my husband and being given an alterative job we chose that. The alternative job was $600 more and the original job and the techs on scene voiced their annoyance to my husband that they were delayed 2 hours because we couldn't make up our minds. Again we were told a different job was going to be performed that morning and needed to take into account what we wanted done and the additional cost. When we told them we wanted the old pipe still removed they ask "why would you want that?"-It's our property, our pipe, we want it gone and that should have been the end of the conversation. Instead they called their boss and told us they could remove it, but the work wouldn't be done today and it would cost and extra $1000 to remove the pipe. Once they started the work everything was fine. Once they finished the job we were extremely displease with how they left our property. Dirt was in piles everywhere, part of are tree line was destroyed, our yard looks like someone drove their fourwheeler. Not only did they not flatten the area they dug, they used their excavator to just "run" over the area they dug to flatten it. We were then told it wasn't their "job" to clean up the area they dug and that they only put pipes in and cover it up. They did go out and rake a small pile of dirt, but the rest of my yard looks horrible. The techs then refused to leave without full payment. So needless to say we are now out $3000 for a lazy job. The tech who spoke to my husband was rude and even went as far as to write on our invoice that and final work would be completed by someone else. I thought that was extremely unprofessional and not necessary. I will never recommend this company to anyone. In fact I would highly recommend using someone else. These techs are lazy, and will recommend a higher costing job simply because they don't want to do the original job since the original job would entail too much labor. That being said the job that was done we understand that it made more sense to complete. Our issue is with how our property was left and the rudeness of the techs. If you want your property to be disrespected and a lazy job to be performed, by all means use Superior.

              I have never been one to openly give a "local" business a bad review but find it necessary to do so now. Superior plumbing recently came to my house on two separate occasions with in a week for two different issues. Neither were emergency status. The first problem was a new kitchen sink install that we have no issue with. The second was to replace some shut offs in our bathroom sink. The tech was there 1.5 hours with a maximum of $100.00 in parts and it was $150 an hour labor. I of course reached out to the company. I was told it wasn't an hourly type job it's was based on the job. But worst of all is I reached out to the owner himself and he never bothered to respond. That is just bad business practice.
