I have experience the same at Touraid Travel. The agents does not advice you in details what you can and cannot do when booking with travel agency and hold you responsible for their error. I also felt slighted against. I purchase a ******** cruise in June for travel in Dec 2023, The cruise fare was reduced and they would not honor me the price even though I called before the final payment .I am penalized for booking early. I purchase two cabins on the same cruise for my sister and niece by ******** and they honored the reduced price of the two cabin. Touraid travel excuse, they held ******** responsible and took themselves completely out of the problem. I was on the phone with the supervisor who was not doing anything to help. I ask for a refund of the cabin payments and was told I would loose over 1400.00. Not really liable how the business is running. hey have treated me no respect.Review from Sue G

The reservation site for cruises dont let pick more than one cabin neither have a choice to put on hold. I recently purchased a cabin for my family, 2 adults and 2 children (13 years old x2). I called twice but there is no recorded on my questions because there is no reservation made (has to pay in order to confirm reservation). The system doesnt let me pick two cabin and I paid for 4 people, one cabin. For the same, I could got two cabins but the system is not capable to book. I was advised after that i had to book separate, having two reservations after paid and now was not able to included another cabin. The price are per person. So, now I have to be in 1 cabin for the same price of 2 cabins. I was given a choice to cancel partial but pay and EXTRA $1200 to rebook another cabin. No fee and I have to pay more than the current site offer for the price per person. I am not asking to refund money back, but the adding the cabin that I am entire to have and the site doesn't give a choice. Not really liable how the business is running.
