              That hold time is very frustrating. 45 minutes to an hour hold. Sometimes the call just cuts and i have re-dial them again. I have patients here at the hospital who need cab service and get agitated due to the delays! They have to do better. Before it wasn’t as bad as it is now, but still.

              MAS does not work online or by phone. It is impossible to make transportation arrangements for M'caid subscriber.

              I called to seek help after days of trying different browsers and any possible method not to call them but I finally had to. The problem is when I log into my account it asks me to verify my phone number, which that box is blank and I can not enter my number to verify. I called an not to get to nastily, to the answer, which I had to press 00 a bunch of times just to talk to a real person, she did nothing to help and just suggested I try everything I have for the last 3-4 days. needless to say I hung up and wrote this.

              The concept of providing transportation for medical services has plateau. No longer dependable, the Medical Answering Service and its vendors are near extention and yes much like the writer decribed below, starting to rear that ugly head of discrimination. I will be asking for a refund for out of pockets expenses incurred due to interruption of services. Apparently their vendor cancelled 11/16/2023 upon my arrival at the confirmed pick up I just rode the bus two hours from another county, after I 'd confirmed the trip the night before 11/15/2023 by their vendor, I believe tweleve hours is more than enough time to adjust and notice your schedule. As I mentioned toMr.L******* the MAS representative, the cancelling , timing and the allowances you have with their vendors, should not cause me any undue stress and or harm. I am requesting the cost of my *********** ticket refunded back to me. at total 68.00 refunded.

              MAS Transportation discriminates against permanently disabled, goes against our constitutional rights by dropping our medical transportation if our doctors are not involved with them, sending them forms every year. I am taking this problem to the media. I don't have long to live and these bums don't make life easier as I had to keep cancelling my appts. 1 star is far too much then this company is worth.

              SCAM!! I was charged $300 for a $100 per night room booking dates were changed so I had no hope of canceling with refund. Please call a hotel directly don't get scammed as I did.

              This business has consistently underperformed in terms of customer service. There is often a long wait to speak to anyone (approximately 45 mins). For those of us who work full time, that is problematic. Most of the people who answer the phone are surly and rude. In addition, getting the invoice # to get reimbursed (I provide the transportation for my disabled child to see specialists long distance) is time consuming. This last time, it took 2 months to obtain an invoice #. I called to obtain one within their 3 day time frame, faxed in whatever they asked me to (different people there asked me to do different things, as if they are playing from different rulebooks), and had to email them to follow up twice, had to call the Department of Health (they fund them), and complain repeatedly to a local representative. I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS NONSENSE. Shape up, Medanswering!!

              I am currently on the phone again with them for the 3rd time today. 45 minute hold every time I call without fail! Not only was I left stranded without a ride to my very important appointment, but I had to take the bus here, in the rain and now I am stranded here waiting for a ride home. I wish I could say this is a one time thing but I can’t. This happens 99.99% of the time. This is the most unreliable company I have ever had to deal with. USELESS!!!!!!!!

              I can't tell how many times I have had to change transportation service with MAS LLC. I am never on time for my appointments because the drivers picks up a patient that starts later but gets to his appointments on time. So that patients is on time and gets to go home early. Meanwhile, since I was picked up late and arrived late then I get out later for my dialysis appointment and do you that driver will wait for me. No, absolutely not but the patient that obviously has preferential treatment gets to his appointment on time and gets to go home early. Is it because I am Puerto Rican? Is it because immigrants only look for each other. The driver is Asian and the patient is Indian. The nasty attitude driver then tells me to complain to transportation. Which I have done millions of times. This is not only preferential treatment but also racial. Or maybe, my English is not sufficient or maybe I don't speak their language. I'm all for immigrants but they don't feel the same for my nationality. I wouldn't complain if they would take me on time to my appointments as they do for other nationalities.

              We would to apologize for the experience this enrollee has and we would like to take the opportunity to address the enrollees concerns with the Transportation Provider; however we need the enrollees information. Name and date of birth or Name and CIN/Medicaid Number . If we can get some detail to when this experience occurred such as the date. We will reach out to the enrollee as well as follow up with the TP to make them aware of the inappropriate behavior of their driver. We put forth every effort to allow seamless access to healthcare removing transportation barriers. Which is not what occurred based on the enrollees communication however the TP will be contacted once we are provided the detail to allow them to rectify this problem.

              This is the 3rd time they deactivated my online account. No reasoning at all. This time I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and still on hold as I type this complaint. I’ve talked to a total of 4 people so far and have been transferred 3 times. They do not care if you are disabled and if you complain they put you back on hold and just let you sit there. I have missed several appointments in the past 2 months trying to get this resolved. Usually the calls disconnects and you have to call back in and start the whole process all over again. They fo it to be spiteful and yet no one can do anything about it. There is no one to complain to or any actions taken. What are we the disabled to do? How can a company that’s dealing with disabled people are allowed to treat the disabled this way? I just want to be able to my treatments and therapy with being feeling like I’m being discriminated.

              If a user do not log in for more than 30 days, the account automatically deactivates. For example, the enrollee last logged in before we sent the temporary password on 11/11/2021 was 07/30/2021 which is more than 30 days.

              There actually has been an update that if a user doesn't log into the M.A.S system in 90 days the account automatically deactivates.
