Klymen offered me $440 took my ***** Watch and never responded or sent me my money! Great to know I’m now without an ***** Watch and extra funds that I was originally promised. I feel like this has to be illegal and I’m not sure how to even get my watch back.

This statement is inaccurate. A customer made an attempt to deceive us by sending an ***** Watch Series 4, which we did not purchase, claiming it was an ***** Watch Ultra. The ***** Watch is locked with an ****** account. We have forwarded this ***** Watch to the local police office and have also informed the customer about this action.

Klymen did not tell me the full reason they made a lower offer than they did. The original offer was for $520. The deal they came back with was $330 and they only said it was because of an engraving. I was outraged and told them they were scammers. Then they didn’t respond in over 24 hours so I was scared they stole my device so I emailed them and begged them to at least send it back so I can sell it elsewhere. I am a teacher and I owe on my taxes. They told me I was the scammer trying to send them an older model to get more money. They made no mention of it being an older model and said, “ We do not scam anyone, and you should not try to sell us an older model for more, even if you need money.” And then another separate email that said, “ It is very sad that person like you work as a teacher.”

I don't think you understand the concept her. I told you I did not know it was an older model and apologized for that piece but again, you made no mention of that being the reason for the lower price. All you said was, "We have received the device you sent in for order #15400. While inspecting it we found that there is an engraving on the back of the device. This is why we are going to make a counter offer for $330." I am sorry I did not realize this as again, I bought it in September 2020 from Apple. That's on me but you should have mentioned that in the reason for lowering the offer. I apologized for calling you a scammer but your customer service lacks serious communication. And sending me a separate email after the fact, "It is very sad that person like you work as a teacher." I don't care about the $520 quote anymore, because it was quoted for a 4 and I didn't realize. Fix your customer service team and only allow Alex to answer emails going forward. He at least knows how to send professional responses without grammatical errors.
