We contacted Rott about replacing our gutters which was damaged during a recent ice and snow storm. We had previously had Rott replace our roof and all gutters on our home. Communication was a problem when we reached out initially after storm damage occurred. We waited weeks to have Rott give us the estimate. Once the estimate was done Rott refused to give us a breakdown of costs of materials and labor. Our insurance company requested the breakdown of cost, Rott said a breakdown of cost wasn't necessary. After calling and speaking with their office staff about the estimate I was yelled at and thoroughly disrespected during that call.Rott proceeded to send a salesman to our home at which time the salesman refused to breakdown the cost once again and threatened us with being under contract with them when we decided to choose another contractor for the job. After I submitted a review on their website I was again contacted by someone from Rott to discuss my review and to ACCUSE ME OF LYING IN THE REVIEW. I do not recommend Rott for roof or gutter work. They're unprofessional and we felt mislead about their refusal to explain repair costs.Rott has declined in customer service skills.We have since hired another company for the gutter repair where costs are explained and we've been treated with the utmost respect as a customer.
