We brought in our RV still under warranty for inspection and check out before the warranty ended. The day I drove the unit home it began raining in the evening water was coming into the unit. I got up on the roof and found a crack due to impact. I contacted them the next day and had to bring the unit back. I told them there was a crack in the roof that had to have happened the week they had it. A week later I called to ask for an update and their service asst. manager told me they found a crack in the roof (I'm not making this up). All their energy has been denying any involvement and as our insurance company stated, "washing their hands of the whole matter." They offered us nothing, not even to pay for the insurance deductible. One of the key AH decision-makers told me our situation and treatment by his company was "disheartening", and then our unit was moved to another company that does their repairs. This is not our first RV, and this is the worst possible scenario imaginable. We paid their price without trying to haggle, purchased a 7K service contract, and were treated this way. I should have known when the unit was supposed to be prepped and had major issues overlooked including sawdust on the floor, a faucet handle in the sink, and strapping hanging from the ceiling. We purchased a new 2023 RV. The prep overlooked a few issues that were finally resolved, but bringing the unit back for a full inspection while under warranty, the roof was damaged. The damage was discovered the same day we picked up the RV when it began raining and water was coming through the ceiling. Pictures, emails, phone calls, and no reply for a week. Service claims video from a low-res video camera thirty feet plus from the unit shows no crack in the fiberglass roof. Of course not. They fully deny any responsibility, which makes my wife and I liars. We noticed molding had separated from the roof when we picked up the unit but had no idea it was from enough impact to the roof to cause a crack. They have offered nothing to recompense for the damage or offset our insurance deduction, and after we purchased the RV without haggling, purchased a 7K service contract, and have tried to be good customers, I would never recommend this company to or wish this mess on anyone.Review from kevin m

I wouldn't purchase a cup of coffee from these crooks! Beware beware beware. please reach out to me with any issues I've retained a lawyer and am interested in the others who have been effected by there horrible business practices.Review from T. K.

Bought a new ***** from Alpin Haus RV in Oakridge NJ and I can't say enough about the start to finish in respects to the purchase as well as after support with a few things we had issues with. The entire sales group, Justin, Dennis, Mike and Chris have been excellent. Would surely recommend. I HOPE MY WARRANTY WORK WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPT. WILL GO AS SMOOTH AS THE SALES DEPT. WILL SURELY UPDATE MY REVIEW FOR SERVICE. FINGERS CROSSED!Alpin Haus Response

My 06 *** @ end of year last year my brother & I were out riding around when water came into the engine bay luckily people are nice enough to help took it to the launch put it on a trailer let water drain I front to issue to clamp came off letting water in took in in they fixed the issue did a boil out replaced a few things I put it away for the winter got it back out had to get new battery & start/Stop switch hooked water to it like I always have wouldn’t start but would turn over heard a clicking sound took it back I guess the relay went bad got it back did the same wouldn’t start so took it back they said it was hydro locked again they did a boil out again but anyways it’s back @ the shop THIS IS THE 3RD TIME it’s been theirAlpin Haus Response

Dog owners/lovers beware! I was informed by Greg C****, the salesman at the Amsterdam location that my ***** *** did not have the brake setup to haul any trailer. I am brand new to RV/travel trailers and later learning it was easy to locate. Riley, an employee of Alpin Haus informed me he needed to drive my truck to have the brake setup installed. I told him my dogs were in the truck and he couldn't go in it. He insisted, telling me "it was ok". I told him again no. I told him not to go near my dogs, I would take my two dogs out of the truck, to which I did. For whatever reason he felt the need to walk closely next to me and reached his hand to my dog's mouth. He said nothing about his alleging she bit him and after staying overnight in my brand new travel trailer because the fuse was still lit, even though John, the mechanic claimed he fixed it, I got a call from the ********** New York health department. Riley claimed my dog bit him and was told by his boss James B******** to go get medical attention. My dogs are my companions and safety. The entire encounter was intimidating and a complete distraction during the purchase of a $37,000 travel trailer. For two weeks I received calls from the area code of the city I came from. After about the tenth call I called back. It was a representative from Alpin Haus, asking where I was and that I could view a campsite and possibly get free campsites anywhere in the country. I found that too much of a coincidence as both Alpin Haus and the ********** County health dept asked me where I am and where I am going. My dog's safety was in jeopardy due to Riley's behavior not being of a "reasonable person". My dog does not have rabies. It is not Alpin Haus' right to know where I am (especially since they have the master keys to my travel trailer- as stated by Greg). To all dog owners, especially after staying at a few RV campsites and just how many people bring their dogs on trips, Alpin Haus is bad to my dogs.Review from Nancy S

The most amazing service and staff EVER!!! Jim, Charles, Jeff, Gary, LJ and the customer service staff are beyond amazing!!! I would never buy an RV from anywhere else!! We had a bad time at exit 16 when we bought our new camper . But after talking with some great people in Amsterdam the problems were all taken care of. I can't thank Vicky and Jim Jr. For all there help and understanding . I went a little crazy about everything that was not being taken care of .
