If I could rate a zero I would do that. My credit card was charged the wrong amount, and suddenly my order was put on "hold" for an "unpaid bill" 2 years ago, eventhough I've ordered since. Competitors are plentiful in this dying industry.Amsterdam Printing Company Response

Wow. It seems that most of the negative reviews are quite old. Don't they ever fall off because they are out of date? I have been a customer for at least the last 7 years for both calendars and pens and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their products and the excellent service I have received over the years. My tax clients RAVE about their pens and have called me months in advance of the tax season just to make sure I save them pens and don't run out.Review from Carol D

I could not be happier with Amsterdam Printing. I have ordered from ******** *** for most of three years. However, because of their consistently poor service, I went on a search for a new Promotional Pen Company. I found Amsterdam Printing and I have been ordering from them exclusively. The website is easy to navigate. Shipping is reasonable. When I needed customer service assistance, JULIE was extremely helpful, polite, personable, and attentive. She even followed up with me later to make sure I was happy. Amsterdam offers discount codes and rebates (if u use ******* Rebates, screenshot your purchase experience or even video tape your entire purchase because ******* rarely follows through on their cash back without hassle—> offer good rebates but rarely follow through…just fyi). Amsterdam Printing also offer discount codes and they may even call you to offer an even better deal if you double your order through them. Amsterdam Printing is doing things right. Placed an order in the beginning of March 2022. Production time was 10 business days. On the 10th day I had not received tracking so followed up with them. They apologized profusely but they forgot to reach out to us that our color choice was out of stock. Fine - mistakes happen. We came up with an updated timeframe of 4 more business days for production and 4 days for shipping. That came and went and got an email saying they were behind but it would ship that day and they upgraded it to overnight shipping. At this point I have missed our event - we can still use the item some other time but they really dropped the ball. Arrived back home from said event and it still is not here - so much for overnight shipping. Called next business day and it is still in production but they stated they would call back that day and let me know an ETA. I never got a call but got an email saying they would let me know an ETA as soon as they knew. That was a week ago and nothing since. Nearly 2 months for a 10 day production. I will also note their marketing department does not seem to be having the same issues - they are churning out the emails in full force - 20 to be exact. The best one was asking me to reorder the item that has not arrive yet - you can't make this stuff up.Amsterdam Printing Company Response

I placed an order for some promo pens using a code which offered a $100 Travel Card. It's been 10 weeks since I've received the order and no travel card. Initially my emails went unanswered until I left a ******** review and then I got a call. Multiple emails every week with no results but plenty of different excuses. It was "forgotten, cannot find it, we can only check twice a month, give it another two weeks, my supervisor is looking into this, etc.". Do not do business with this company who falsely advertises and has such poor customer service. They haven't even offered an equivalent.Review from Kent G

Delivery Woes and Promises Unkept. Let me take you on the the customer service nightmare. We bought our cups in Sept 2021. A week after we got a call that the cups would be shipping not in there 14 day window due to lack of product. Ok it’s 2021 I get it. At the end of November I get a email that they could not ship the product in December unless I paid an additional $150 to have it shipped from California. This made me a little disturbed be cause at this point they have had around 2 months to get the order. I sent emails to customer service and they ghosted me for 1 week. They then said they could fulfill the order on Dec 13th. Dec 13 comes and goes and the orders is still not shipped. They then say it would be Dec 15. We are now on Dec 15 and the customer service person says that it will not be fulfilled on that day. Morale of the story I would NOT use them if you are looking for a speedy shipping experience. If you have a deadline don’t be disappointed if they can’t fulfill the order in time because you have been warned. I will not be using them again.Review from Georgette I

These people bought my address from another company after I told the other company not to contact me or send me free products when I’m interested in buying something I will. Now they have found my new address and are sending me products. Remove me from your list. An ethical company. My research also shows that people are not happy with them anyway.
