Do Not Do Business With this Company. Speaking with them is like talking to an attorney. $$$ This company wants to charge additional fee for Engineering on a KIT! Mueller should change their name to Money Inc. Mueller will dollar the customer to death. They do not disclose their consultation fee but slam u with an additional bill. Totally unethical company.

Hired by our insurance company to review our property, came by and took photos while our porch was actively under construction to repair some old boards and reported our property as in violation due to hazardous debris, which consisted of literally 2 boards in the yard on, again, an active construction site. Our insurance provider apparently hires them when they want to cull plans, so they are knowingly falsifying reports specifically to get homeowners kicked from their plans. This company should be sued into the ground and shut down.

If you’re looking to use these incompetents for any sort of insurance purposes, keep looking. The organization as a whole is a shady, shifty, hot mess of a soup sandwich. They operate strictly under a regulations loophole guiding varying functions of realty, insurance and home inspectors. They’ll charge you cheap, then have your insurance cancelled (or in some cases) have your rates go through the roof! They hire literally anyone, provide little to zero training, and then back all of that goodness up with inserting these grossly undertrained and UNQUALIFIED folks to come out and make real-world impacting “assessments” to your property. No ioke, 99.9% of the people running this shady outfit are literally claiming to do the job as a trained, qualified, LICENSED professionals. You’ve been warned

Unprofessional and a detriment to the inspection process. I understand needing an inspection for insurance purposes, it's how the world works. However, communication is important and this company has absolutely none. The inspector made incorrect assumptions regarding the home rather than get clarification from the person who was home at the time. As a result, what could have been a quick (and accurate) report without issues turned into an inaccurate 15 page report full of assumptions and claims that were incorrect or contradictory. Now rather than having the correct information up front, there has been weeks of back and forth on the part of the homeowner plus out of pocket expenses to prove that this inspector was wrong and doesn't know what they're talking about. If you're reporting on something and part of your job is to take photographic evidence to support your claims, it would be beneficial to use a device capable of taking photos in a resolution that supports your assessment. Grainy, unclear, and pixelated photos shouldn't be admissible to support negative claims. As a company that provides documentation for others they should also strongly consider defining the terms used in their reports. It's interesting how "Early signs of wear" in one part of the report turns into "in need of repair" or "required" or "necessary repairs" in another part, all in regards to the same inspected item. In my eyes "Early signs of wear" indicates that there is still significant life left in the item in question (i.e. Tires with a 50k mile warranty can show "early signs of wear" after 15k miles and it doesn't mean they need to be replaced, it just means they are no longer "brand new"). This contradictory information is evidence of laziness on the part of the inspector and the lax guidelines held by the company itself. Clearly this company cannot be trusted to be fair and honest as is indicated by our experience and those depicted by the other reviewers.

After two weeks and several phone calls, I still can’t get a quote for a simple metal building.

If you are about to order appraisal through this company. Stay away far far far away. There is no word you can describe about their bad services. ONLY ONE ADVICE: AVOID THEIR SERVICES AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible company!!! I will not go on a long rant about them.. All I will say again is they're a HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! The people that work for the as well as the company over, since I see all the poor reviews over long lengths of time and they choose to do nothing about it.. straight liars and I truly don't understand they motive behind doing what they do.. As of they get a big commission if they can get a homeowners policy canceled or something.. Sad..

Sent a inspector to my home first question he asked was about political affiliation of mine, next thing I know my insurance is canceled. Very inappropriate personal questions, he misrepresented the condition of my property. (Lied) causing the company to cancel my homeowners policy. I found out that he misrepresented from his report to the insurance company. Said my deck had dry rot, there is no dry rot on my deck. I also had some old boards on the ground next to a water pipe so you can drive over them without smashing them, that he called debris. Guy is uniformed city dude. Doesn’t know what he’s looking at. Shouldn’t be my job to tell him. If he doesn’t understand something he should ask. I think this inspector was out to get me because of my political beliefs. Do not do business with this company. Because of his report I was not even given a chance to rectify the situation.

These people just cost me my policy they are CLUELESS have no idea what they are looking at. They said crumbling mortar WELLLL I'm a mason for 35 years bricked my house they were looking at the air space in-between the brick and the house framing SMH. Said they didn't talk to owner my wife was out there with the inspector said could not get to back of house because of fence mmmm gate was right in front of her no lock on it she actually took a picture of it on her report ... These people have to have E AND O INSURANCE thier little ******** statement says they aren't responsible for their acuranceses of their reports when your ******** with someone's life yeah you are I'll be filling a claim on it

This people are worthless and incompetent, they ruined my home insurance policy with ******* ****** because they gave to ******* ****** the wrong assessment of my house. I guess they got my address wrong and assessed the hose next door that was in construction and that is my partner's house, was not my house, ****** to this incompetent people I lost my insurance policy. Now I have an insurance policy with ******** insurance and is better then ******* ****** but I am frustrated this people from Mueller Services, they are screwing every body out there, they should close their disgusting busyness.
