Quality of job is excellent. Professionalism leaves much too be desired. Roofers left my yard a mess and left equipment and supplies on my neighbor's property. They also dropped hundreds of pounds of shingles on my flower bed destroying most of them. Communication was almost non existent unless I engaged. Told me it would be fine in 2.5 days yet it took until the following business day to get completed, leaving a dumpster in my driveway for the entire weekend. No one communicated that they needed an extra full day or that the dumpster would have to stay in the driveway for longer than planned. Called to complain and never heard back after I was told I would hear back. Like I said quality of the work is excellent. But the customer service and professionalism is amateurish. They left me very frustrated.

Roofing Rochester did not disappoint. They had my roof done in 2 days and it was a complete tear off. They worked so hard and everything went so smoothly. They did find an issue when completing the garage roof, but they quickly figured out the best solution to the problem. The customer service was above and beyond and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!! Thank you Roofing Rochester!!

We had what should have been a 2-4 day job. We were told would be complete within the first few weeks of signing the contact and paying the deposit. It took Roofing Rochester over 6 months to complete. Twice leaving the job incomplete and not cleaned. Overall, poor communication, slow to complete work and leaves the job site messy and dangerous (nails and siding bits all over the yard and driveway). I have dated photos and emails to provide a timeline of mess, delays and excuses.

They installed and cleaned up in two days. They answered all of my questions. They were professional and kind. They even helped me communicate with my insurance company. Great service and kindness provided. I highly recommended.

An amazing experience! Dependable and far beyond my expectations. Communication was direct and prompt. Services delivered as promised. What struck me as truly amazing was the passion of workers, climbing ladders and replacing a full roof in very extreme, cold weather conditions. Workers were dependable, on time and very respectful. A very high risk job even in pleasant weather, but these guys did it in snowing and almost zero degree weather. Shoveling snow off the roof, shoveling paths in the yard for the ladders. One would think it would take days just to prep for the assignment, however the entire roof was replaced despite many peaks and inclines in 2 1/2 days. No debris left behind. I would strongly recommend this professional roofing business to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional. Left a disaster after each day.. including sharp pieces that my dog stepped on and hurt her paw. Was told that “they ran out of space in the dumpster” so that’s why they left a mess. Not excusable. This is day 4 and a mess is still left after every day. Wanted to speak to a manager but was told they’re very busy. Do not hire.

I had an amazing experience with Roofing Rochester!!! If you need something done to your roof or gutters, contact this company right now. We noticed that there was a leak in our roof one rainy day and I contacted Roofing Rochester to see if they could help. The owner Paul got back to me ASAP. In total, I had 3 companies come out to check out what was going on and I decided to go with Roofing Rochester. Paul was able to give me the best price and he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. We did a full tear off roof and it was completed in 2 days. The crew was fast, efficient and they did a great job cleaning up after each day. We had to replace 3 skylights and during the process of the skylights being pulled out, the inside paint was ruined. I wasn't too happy because I had just paid to have my house repainted and I mentioned that to Paul. I know that this isn't really their fault but Paul said that they would fix the inside of the skylights for free. Our skylights are very awkward to get to and the guys (including Mike the general manager) came out and made sure they were repaired (it was even on a Saturday). I'm super pleased with how everything came out and I'm really appreciative to Paul and all the workers at Roofing Rochester!
