      I ordered a sub tray for Christmas Eve and I am totally embarrassed at the money I paid and there being little to no meat on the sub. I loved your subs what has happened to the quality??? 67.00 and I bought cookies that were flat, I mean flat and macarons that were not cooked at all. I am ashamed of what I had for Christmas Eve and embarrassed for my guests who just left! A waste of my money Michelle (Military Road)

      Poor management! Was made to put back all my food items because I used my phone for my cards I happened to have my license present so I asked them to manually put thr card into for payment and she refused to do so manager Megan!! Very unprofessional and cocky!! I said I can manually put into my call phone order but the order wouldn’t be available till tomorrow as my kids was starving this night! She followed me around the store I feel so violated embarrassed and disappointed exspeally when I’m paying top doller for double the price at ***** and get a lot better service wirh ***** never again will I want to shop or show my face there

      There was a misunderstanding between the dose my doctor told me to take for my medication and what was called in to Wegmans Collegeville Pharmacy. As a patient I did not know this, but when it was time to pick up my prescription, the young woman pharmacist refused to fill up my prescription, I kept on calling my doctors office the entire morning and the pharmacy to figure out what was happening and I got multiple different explanation, so I drove to the pharmacy to pick up the same dose I picked up since several years in the same place. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription she did not provide any explanation to me but treated me like a junky and spilled the fact that I take a controlled substance in a debacle in front of other customers. The next day I was blamed as a customer and patient for the poor communication they have with doctors offices and I was told to take my business elsewhere. I think the staff should be educated about appropriate communication, the customer does not have the information that the pharmacy has but only what the doctor recommended, thanks for shouting out the fact that I take a controlled substance in from of other customers, apparently you never heard about a thing called HIPPA.

      This store discriminates against people of color in self-checkout regularly. I’ve noticed on multiple occasions POC being stared at by employees working in the area but only glancing at non-POC. I’ve also noticed, and personally experienced, once the POC customer finishes paying and leaves, those same employees also either leave the area or go back to tending to their other duties. I’m disgusted.

      I have shopped at this store for 21 years and it has always been pleasant. I don’t know if it’s age discrimination or I was identified as a potential thef but I was followed and in one situation up I was the only person in an aisle and a male employee watched me shop. I would like an explanation of why I was was treated this way and hope you can say something that I will remove the anger at your store.

      I did a grocery deliver order on Jan 10. I understood Wegmans does a higher temporary hold and I calculated that in on my card. Full actual lower amount without hold posted on jan 11. I go use card jan 12 and gets declined three times. I check it out and my email states im over limit by few hundred dollars, but zero pending transactions and 0 credit available but balance is only the actual wegman amount after hold release, which Im saying to myself that is really weird. I got worried thinking maybe fraud. When I called my card, there was no other transaction found. So we had to go dig deeper. they told me that Wegmans charged me the actual amount plus the few hundred on top of it. They made a mistake and deleted charge so I would not be held liable for fees, but when they did this, they placed a hold at same time for amount on my card and sent credit back instead. My card said the credit can be up to five days or so now I cant use my card all week. I have never had this happen before. I have done the delivery service a few times. Sadly, I was planning on giving my driver a larger tip once hold came off since it such a high hold (much higher than actual amount). Now I cant. I hope I can still tip her more later. So expect they may charge $400-500 total on $167 and lock up your card for a week. This is awful.

      overall customer service decline or lack of it. I dropped 3 months prescriptions (for my daughter) at Wegmans pharmacy Abingdon, Maryland store. to make store short they lost them, after reviewing their security camera , Kristen the manager informed my daughter that she saw me but I did not leave prescriptions, which means I am either a liar or hallucinating about what I did, to clear my name with my daughter I spoke with store manager asking to see camera footage which off course he declined and added Kristen cannot apologize for lying to my daughter, I am sensing a trend of decline in customer services or even caring about customer service in the current time. not sure if it is the byproduct of COVID or...., but what I can see, customer service that was the pride of big corporations no longer exists, now you can lie and not admit a mistake as result it will get worse and I am sure we all know why, lack of responsibility makes you repeat not repair

      This company is overcharging in certain more affluent or tourist areas. I put an order in online in the incorrect location, the price was 120 dollars when I changed the location to Ocean NJ, the price escalated to 198 dollars. This is price gouging and the company needs to look at overall pricing practices. All food stores in this area are greatly overpriced and something needs to be done about it.

      I’m having issues with this company repetitively showing up on a paint by number app on my tablet and they are a harassment, scam and a fraud. I highly recommend this company back off from my tablet and this game. If push comes to shove and I have no choice I’ll be calling your company up myself and if that happens you’ll not only lose business but a bunch of customers

      I have been shopping at Wegmans for a very long time never had a problem.. but lately the cashier at number one and sometimes she work number two she's a African American girl Young very nasty never greet you ask her a question she don't want to answer she throws the lunch meat with the dish detergent ask her can I get a bag so I can put the detergent separately she basically threw the bag at me and kept talking to her friend she was on the phone when I first came up telling the person on the other end that she was not busy at all and she right cuz she did not do her job properly this is the third time with her nasty attitude! I love wegman but they need to learn how to bag properly cuz certain things don't go together and a better attitude she's the only one everyone else is pleasant..
