I would have left a 0 rating if given the choice since this company, literally, did zero work. I had an appointment set up for today. I have been remodeling my home so it’s in a bit disarray, but they had plenty of space to work. The workers walked through my home, while giggling like school children, which left me a bit confused. They then went to their truck and promptly left without any communication what so ever. I thought they went to their truck to get equipment. I called the office where they told me that these two useless individuals left because they felt “uncomfortable” because things were a bit in disarray because, as stated, I am renovating my home. They also said that I had pets everywhere. My three dogs were in the backyard and had no access to these two children. I have four cats that they didn’t even see. It took me calling the office to figure out what was going on. I am extremely mad. The least these two “unprofessional” hacks could have done was explain the issues. But nothing. Just left. Don’t use this company. They are definitely unprofessional.

We apologize for this happening, our crew should not have left your residence without notifying the Operations Manager first. Our communication with you was not to our normal standards. We did offer to have the Operations Manager come out immediately after we became aware of this situation in order to explain what we would have needed to perform this job safely. We would still be happy to come by and prepare you for an alternate crew to clean your ducts. Call us if you would like to set up a time with our Operations Manager.

They will only work at your home if you live in an upscale neighborhood. They were scheduled to clean my ducts today and just drove by and then called and canceled because they said they were afraid of being robbed because a drug dealer was killed in the area a few weeks ago. NOTE: their office is about 10 blocks away. They would not even check out my offers of a secure, off street, location for their truck. Dave, the manager, refused to even come to my home to discuss the problem and look at my solutions. This company is red lining my neighborhood, is yours next?

I did contact their office on the day their tech refused service to me. I was told flat-out that they would not service my address, would not even discuss options. That conversation would have been the time to offer another crew. And since they already have my phone number, they could have called to follow up in a timely manner if they later decided that they could actually service my address. By waiting weeks to respond they made sure I would have contacted another company by now. So this offer is a hollow one. They wasted my time and insulted me and where I live and now, weeks later, they offer to send a different crew for a job they can be pretty sure another company has taken care of. Do not hire this company lest their sensitive crew decide they won't actually do the work because their office will back up the crew and you will have just wasted your time.
