I reached out to Christie's Cleaning in March 2021 seeking a quote and information on a Move-Out Cleaning. On April 9th, 2021, Christie's Cleaning established an appointment to conduct an estimate. However, no employee from the business arrived at the scheduled date/time, and neither did any employee reach out prior or during the appointment to cancel or reschedule the appointment. I was contacted by Christie the day after the appointment, and they apologized for the mistake, committed to scheduling the estimate that day, and did show up. However, I was told by Christie that they would create the estimate right after lunch. Not receiving anything by 2:00 PM, I reached out to the business to check on the status of the estimate. I was informed that I would likely receive the estimate in an hour, but no later than 5:00 PM on that day. I called the business again at 5:00 PM as I had not received an estimate and the office was closed. I have not received a call back from the business at this time. I was dependent on Christie's Cleaning to move out of my apartment and thought that scheduling commitments several weeks in advance would be sufficient. This was apparently not the case. Without a response from Christie's Cleaning, I was forced to search through multiple companies to find someone who would be available in less than a week. I would not recommend Christie's Cleaning for any job, and am severely dissatisfied and disappointed with their lack of communication and inability to meet commitments that they established. 20+ years in business mean nothing if you were unable to present with my current needs.
