I have been using this company for many years. These people are amazing! They give me a report each year on changes if any to my vehicle. They found that I had a broken drive shaft boot and informed me of the issue and gave me a few recommendations on to where to have it repaired at a reasonable cost and by a trusted hand. I normally do not leave reviews, but I am for two reasons. One these people deserve to be rewarded with a kind word because they are so helpful and are very knowledgeable in what they do. When it comes to Rust Prevention they definitely are the best in the business! They second reason I am posting is that I saw the posting below from Scott E and I just had to point this out to the owners because this person is so far off from what they are its absolutely hogwash. I can say that they do get absolutely insanely busy at times so I'm sure the mistake was an error, epically if they called you to remind you of your appointment the following day. I'm sure there is human error somewhere and people do make mistakes. Or maybe your just perfect!? I just don't like inconsiderate people so you should apologize.

This by far is probably the most honest and trusted business and people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. The products work amazing and the owners are the nicest people! I love that they are a local family. they are very busy so be patient but busy means quality! My family has been using this product for years so I’m continuing the tradition. Thank you Rust Check and the Smith Family for being awesome! I recommend that everyone that had a car or truck use this this product!!

This is an A++ local business! I have used this product for years in Canada and this amazing family brought it to Watertown! THANK YOU!!! I also want to say that they are a local family and have unlimited knowledge as far as corrosion is concerned. I’m a lifelong customer as so should everyone else be as well! Super affordable yearly treatment that work! Never waste your money on people that say they have the same or similar products because they are not the same! You may have a little wait to get an appointment especially in the winter but to me knowing that it’s great but even better is that a long line means quality! Thank you Watertown Rust Check!

This business is poorly run and not reliable. I scheduled on 14 October 2021 to have our vehicles done on 29-30 November 2021 due to their backlog. Well, got the wife up early this morning (29th) to go and drop off her vehicle. We get there and they tell us we are not on their schedule for today or any time this week. While in the office, they call the scheduler and we are told they have no record of us scheduling the services. Once we get home, we get a phone call from Jessica, saying this is reminder of appointment tomorrow (30 Nov), we tell her that is wrong as they had told us an hour earlier they had no record. Then 30 minutes later I get a text indicating that both vehicles were scheduled for tomorrow (from Jessica). Seems they are trying to cover their butts as I had told the office, we were not happy and were going to file a complaint with the BBB. They outright lied to us, misrepresented the facts and are untrustworthy. I will not do business with them ever again, and do not recommend them to others
