I have had to take my 2016 Hyundai ****** ****** to Miller auto team multiple time for what appears to be the same thing wrong with my car each time . And each time they are never confident with what is actually wrong and label it and “ fix it “ . However my vehicle went back there 1 month ago and they seemed very reluctant to help me . My initial conversation with Hunter, he spoke to me very condescending trying to laugh that the issue with my vehicle is the battery . I told him that I was having the exact same reaction on the dashboard and car as the other times I gad brought it in and if it were as simple as a battery he should go advise the service center of that. They have now diagnosed my car with a separate issue title than the other previous times even the my car had the same response while breaking down on the highway ( I’ve taken a video every time ) . They are now saying it is the manifold and even though it is apart of the engine it’s a cosmetic/exterior part to the engine so it’s not covered under the 150k mile warranty I have . I was sold my car from ******* and feel I was sold a defective vehicle if Miller I’d correct in diagnosing it with all multiple different issues . I do not feel I should be responsible for the payment of this

******* Corporation sent my car to them to replace my engine from my own mechanics shop after one of my worker cleaned my car and left the trash bag in the trunk. ******* was sued and has to replace their faulty engines because people are being killed by these e gives catching on fire. Miller Hyundai kept my car for 4 months saying they were waiting for an approval to replace the engine. ******* Corporate told me they got the approval within the week and they were just calling me to check up on my vehicle. They got angry and called Miller Hyundai and told them to repair my car. So they called me 3 weeks later and said come get my car. Not only was there not new engine, they "repaired my engine" which still didn't work, but now I had a transmission in my car that didn't work, they left the window down so it rained inside my car, they dumped the trash in my car that was in the trash bag in the trunk of my car. Then guy told me to get my car off of his lot within 2 days or it would be impounded. I called called ******* Corporate and he told them that I was cussing and making a scene. He didn't know I recorded the whole thing. I was sick and ha e heart problems. I can't get excited when I'm sick. It will kill me. He tried to use the "angry black woman race card" against me. But when he heard that I recorded everything he got red faced and embarrassed. The car died completely not long after taking it away. And now I don't have a working vehicle at all. I have 3 more years of payments. I have hired a consumer fraud lawyer. I'm done with *******.
