      Had my order on backorder since 05/04/2022! I have checked my order several times and it’s been almost 2 years with no gallon , 1/2 gallon glass jugs and also no caps! The other items in my order took months to trickle in. All the other suppliers have them in stock. I purchased supplies from them for years and ready to give up on them. I will be forced to drop them as my supplier.

      Where do I even begin? I tried to build a brand based on their PIR resin jars. But, I ordered some in Oct of 2021 (yes, almost 2 years ago) and still haven't received them. I also have outstanding orders from April of 2022. I finally canceled the orders and they'll send me a check in 3-4 weeks. wow. Gee thanks. You've had my money for 2 years. then... the kicker. I misread their pop-up window when doing a recent return and needed 3 shipping labels. They told me that they couldn't provide them since I did the return wrong, therefore I needed to go to UPS and pay for the return myself. Instead of the estimated $69, it cost me $257 to return said jars. and when I asked, I was told "I apologize, but you must have made an error. now you have to go to UPS and return it yourself" and when I got a supervisor they repeated "you made the mistake, not us" Not once did anyone offer to cancel my return and let me do it over. They just sent me to do everything on my own. Customer service is the WORST I've ever dealt with.

      Thanks for your feedback. When backordered items become available, we email our customers to make sure they still want the product before shipping the orders out. We give notice so that our customers have the opportunity to cancel orders and refunds will then be issued. Depending on the payment method used on the order, the refunds will either be instantaneous or may take 3-4 weeks. Regarding your return, we are unable to cancel labels that are created when the return process is started online. The instructions on our Make a Return page state "If you will be returning multiple boxes of product to SKS, you will need to enter multiple return requests. Please select the items you wish to send in the first box. After you have received the UPS return label email for this first box, you can then come back to this page to enter your request to return any additional items in a second box. Each box you return to SKS must have its own UPS return label." The reason the return shipping showed $109.04, not $69, was because the return was entered as 1 package. Since you were actually returning 3 packages, the cost of the return shipping increased. SKS does want your business and wants to continue to support your business in the future. We have added a credit to your account to use towards a future order as you discussed with the customer care team. Thanks.

      They have poor glass bottles quality. I order over 1000 bottles for 10ml, 30ml, 100ml, But they had leaking problems. The leaking damaged our products and reputation. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ITEM 4006.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee product compatibility and suggest testing our products before making a purchase. SKS does offer free samples for testing purposes, as well as a 45-day return period for unopened, unused goods. Thank's again for your feedback!

      I was charged $3,000 on my credit card for items that were out of stock since the rest of the order was partially shipped. I had previously waited over 8 months for that same product in a previous order before deciding to cancel the order since it was taking too long. They refused to refund the money unless I canceled my order which would lead to me losing my place in line (roughly a year of wait). I proceeded to cancel my order regardless or else SKS would have borrowed my $3,000 for MONTHS before actually shipping my merchandise. They try to keep your money hostage investing it while you are hoping your order comes in for MONTHS. This company is extremely unreliable when it comes to their stock, although, I was understanding since we are in difficult times, however, this has crossed the line. I am now working on eliminating SKS as a supplier. This is no way to conduct business.

      I've stopped buying from this company after a 10 year relationship. I get it that covid has interrupted continuous stock availability of many products, but the customer service and way they are operating at this point are unacceptable. Most items we use are now out of stock and there's no ETA shown, yet, they think customers should "pre order" (give them money) to be "guaranteed " to get them whenever they are back in stock. Really? So I'm going to tie up all my packaging budget on a deal with vague timing at best? No thanks. The odd thing is that other vendors are able to carry and sell the same products in a straightforward direct sale and ship transaction, which makes me wonder if SKS is not solvent and if I pre-order I may never see my money or the products. Just so sad. I seriously used to spend tons of packaging dollars there since 2010

Please know SKS is working hard to balance business financial priorities with inventory levels. Unfortunately, there are some stocked items that we can not give a timeframe for when they will be prioritized into our inventory. SKS is continuously updating our website to reflect the most up-to-date replenishment dates, as well as information on bottle site account's to better our customer experience.       Just terrible customer sevice. They cancelled an order after a delay of a few months without communicating, and then claimed it was because it wasn't paid for when it was an online order with a credit card. Tried for months to follow up on the order. They give you a choice when they don't pick up (which the last year they haven't) of getting a call back (automated wait list) or leaving a message. I've tried both and don't get a call back from from the automated option or after leaving a message. We work with several vendors and have been very understanding of the situation that COVID and global supply chain have caused everyone. However, I can say that SKS is noticeably bad in both communication, willingness to resolve order issues, and simply the lack of respect and care they show for their customers. It's not the delays and issues as much as the disregard they have when something comes up. Also, make sure to fully check your order when shipped. We have have had a couple of orders that were short.

      SKS Bottle has been the biggest source of frustration. Of my last 4 orders, 3 have had major delivery issues. My latest order showed items as being "in stock" and indicated they would ship soon from the order time, which, well, they did not. Three weeks after the initial order, I called customer service (on the 1st of the month) and representative Samantha promised to get to the bottom of why my order hadn't shipped at all. I asked her to request it to be overnighted because I had done the work to order early for the holiday season and SKS was clearly the one in the wrong. She assured me it would be, also insuring that I would hear from her explaining the issue as to the delay later. Not only did I not receive any other communication from her, the shipping notification I received on the 3rd showed the delivery date as the 2nd. Upon receiving the product on the 6th, I called to issue a complaint because only 1/8th of the order was received. They told me that the other products were backordered. I also asked for consideration to have a discount either applied to what was shipped to me or a future order, and I was told that my four week delay (all said and done) / being told it would be overnighted / being told I would get a call explaining what would happen which was never received - would only garner me the opportunity to return the few items I did get for a refund of them. What a disapointment. I asked to speak with the manager, specifically requesting another manager who was also named Samantha which I received in one of my previous calls, and I was told she was unavailable and was told I would be connected to Jeff. It was not a surprise when my transfer to Jeff went directly to a generic voicemail inbox. This is a master class in how NOT to run a business, and either someone is doing something unethical or perhaps current management is inept at their jobs... they certainly are at any type of customer service. I will say that the customer service rep I dealt with on the phone today (I unfortunately don't remember her name... just know it was NOT Samantha.... see above) was lovely and understood, and could hear her sympathizing for my situation, especially when telling me management was unwilling to do anything to makeup for their shortfall.

      I should have read the reviews because they are all identical to my experience. Customer service is either nonexistent or rude/not helpful. You never receive an order confirmation via email, though you certainly get all the spam marketing emails. I have tried to contact them SIX times now about the same exact item on an order that I made in the beginning of December - 4 months ago! The date I was given it would ship, it did not. And I contact them and they give me a new date - they never reach out or update your account or contact you by email to say it’s changed you have to contact them every single time. And the date has changed four times now! If you call you just wait on hold forever, nobody ever answers. I asked for a callback, no call back. I leave a voicemail, nobody calls me back. I try to do chat via their website and you always get the same apathetic woman who just gives you a new ship date and says egh, can’t do anything about it and no I’m not allowed to talk to her supervisor, I have to call and well you know what happens when you call .. nothing. This has been my experience with each and every one of my orders - they refuse to help and you just have to wait it out and hope you receive what you ordered several months prior. After all my other outstanding orders are completed I’m going back to my old supplier. I don’t suggest anyone give your money to this “business.”
