Commission-driven, inside sales/business relations position utilizing Business to Business (B2B) sales and cold calling to support our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Business Relations Representative will generate revenue via cold calling to business owners in our service area.    
  • Effectively communicate the mission and vision of the BBB to prospective businesses.    
  • Demonstrate the ability to adhere to sales process    
  • Achieve/exceed defined goals each month
  • Efficiently complete required paperwork
  • Networking and tradeshow events may be necessary to support BBB community programs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Honest and Ethical with a strong work ethic
  • Must have the ability to execute a sales process and be coachable
  • Self-motivated and energetic to achieve goals
  • Excellent telephone manner and oral communication skills
  • Effective judgment capabilities, exceptional customer service, and time management skills
  • Experience with basic data entry, MS Windows, MS Excel and working with a CRM

Associates degree and/or Sales experience preferred but not required.
