            Poor quality work. The first 2 fixes after install were easy pipe cuts and adding a caps to clean out that could have been done when they were here, but not. Here's the main issue.. Installed a 3in pipe to 4 in pipe with no connector. Called, left a message with no return. I had another company come out to fix the repair. They said they have never seen anything like that before. Said it appears that they did not have the part and did not want to run to Lowe's to grab a new part. Installed anyways, line was leaking. Now aware of the issue and has made the decision to not work with me or help out in anyway. Shame on me for not inspecting the work that was done underground. I was not asking for a full refund from what it cost me in repairs. Fairly new system. It's a shame that people can do things like this and get away with it. Not even a sorry!

            You did not call me or your builder you had an outside party come in that I actually spoke with after the fact.
            What's fare Eric?
            If your air conditioner went out you would call the company that did it.
            I guess whatever you think I owe you let me know.
            The guy at ******* that I spoke with also said that they had a new guy out there and they would've never had them jet a system that was only 18 months old

            I did call, as I stated. Left vm. No return call. Based on the fact that an outside company was in Aww of the conscience decision to leave out a part is very upsetting. You have spoken with the company that did the repairs. This could have all been prevented and would have saved me $2500 if time would have been taken to install properly. Seeing your level of concern, I want nothing from you. I simple "I'm sorry" would have been suffice. No phone call to me after hearing about the issue, just the repair company. My builder is doing the right things and helping me cover some of the cost. I'm sure you do a great job with most jobs and I'm not looking to hurt your business, just disappointed in the work that was done at mine.
