In June 2023, my home in Tulsa suffered storm damage, leading me to choose T-Town Roofing for repairs. On July 12, Brandon conducted an inspection in anticipation of an adjuster's visit on July 29. Despite informing Brandon of this date, a reminder was necessary as he forgot. A dispute arose between the insurance company inspector and T-Town Roofing regarding their assessments. Post-inspection, attempts to communicate with Brandon proved futile, receiving repeated assurances of outreach to the adjuster without tangible progress. On September 1, 2023, I contacted T-Town Roofing and spoke with Krystyna Sanchez, the office manager, who explained that Brandon had been relieved of his duties, and Mark ***** was taking over. Promised a call from Adriene, the owner, never materialized. On September 11, another reminder to Krystyna revealed Mark ***** had made no headway. On September 26, discovering missing documents in T-Town's system, I sent them to Krystyna, and informed Mark, who expressed gratitude and vowed to contact the insurance company about the discrepancy. On September 29, an inquiry about "Ordinance & Law" coverage prompted me to inform Mark, who believed it could be the necessary justification. Subsequent to sending pictures of additional roof damage on October 9, assurances from Mark about contacting the insurance company persisted. Growing frustrated with this cycle, on October 20, 2023, I contacted my insurance company. **** ******** explained that on September 28, they had requested documentation, including photos of the disagreement and a quote for the correct repairs from T-Town Roofing. As of October 20, 2023, State Farm had received nothing, leading them to close my file. Fortunately, after clarifying the situation, I managed to reopen my insurance claim. Expressing deep disappointment with T-Town Roofing and its employees, I cannot recommend their services for roofing repairs based on my protracted and frustrating experience.

Signed a contract and paid for repairs, My wife called several times over the course of three weeks and she was never called back, despite claims by the office person she was called. I called T-Town and the person that answers claims she is looking through the file and tells me there is addendum to be approved before they have started the work. I press the issue about when the repairs will be performed and the woman hangs up on me not once but two times. When someone else answers, I ask for a supervisor/manager. Mark ***** called and still couldn't give me a date for the repairs. I spoke with him at 930 and he stated he would call me back within two hours with a date after he spoke with his production manager. Seven hours later he called and said maybe Monday or Tuesday next week. After discussing the poor customer service, my lack of faith the job would be done correctly, the addendum, the job not being on their calendar, and that I had to press for a date for the job , I cancelled the contact. I gave them one star because the are no thumbs down and because I had to select a star rating.

Extremely poor customer service. Tara came out inspected the roof and was never heard from again. Never sent a quote. Called the company and was told they would reach out and have it sent over. Still nothing. Called Tara and left a message and she couldn’t even take the time to return the call. If they cannot take time to send a quote or return a call not sure they would do a good roof repair.
