            I paid for them to come out for a backed up drain..they charged me $160 but the issue was not resolved when the technician left. They called me to ask if I was satisfied with the service I said no. I explained that the problem was not resolved. They told me to pay an additional $89 for a tech to come back out. Poor customer satisfaction. They stole my money and the issue was not resolved.

            Came out to patch a leak in a copper pipe that was less than a half inch big and very accessible.They wanted $389 dollars. I said no thanks. I thought this was gouging. I had to pay them $89 for a house call anyway. That is $356 an hour since he was here for 15 minutes.

This is why we believe in having our plumbers give upfront pricing in writing after evaluating the situation on site, so that you know exactly what you are paying for and are not surprised by hidden costs at the end of the job. Our office staff always advise of this procedure as well as the service charge on the initial call, so that we are setting accurate expectations for our customers. We use a pre-set pricing model that is calculated using a variety of factors including the cost of materials. It is based on regional averages for our industry. We do not charge based on the length of time a job takes, but it is a factor in the cost calculation. We respect your decision and hope that you were able to get your plumbing issue resolved to your satisfaction.
