For four weeks they have scheduled me to be out and every time call and put me off till the following week. This morning they were supposed to be out and I received a text recommending another company. I text back and ask them if that meant they no longer wanted to work for me and was told yes at this point. Keep in mind the last check I wrote them was over $3000 I have been treated in this manner from anyone in over 35 years. It was for an apartment building I own.

At Sons of Service we make a continuous effort to meet our customers needs. Yes we did receive a payment for $3000.00 for work that was started and completed out side of this complaint with before and after pictures. Another service call was set up for further work to be performed at Ms. ****** apartment building. At the time the last service call was booked we did have to reschedule due to being short staffed. We also ended up canceling with her due to the fact we do not have enough plumbers on staff to meet her needs so we decided to recommend her to a larger company that may be able to help her out. We are sorry for any inconvenience that we may have caused Ms. ******. She is a great person to work for but unfortunately we do not have the man power to handle an apartment complex. We wish you the best ****!
