I needed to have piers adjusted through our warranty with MasterLift. We called and texted many times in September, and it took the entire month for Steve ********* to finally schedule us. And they said it would be 2-4 weeks before they could get to us, then he scheduled us 2 months out, and then didn't show up. They never called or texted. I voided my warranty and will be moving forward with another company. This company won't honor their warranties.

We 100% will honor our warranty. Unfortunately it rained the night before and day of your scheduled adjustments. We reached out via phone call and text and received no response from you. We had been patient and tried to accommodate you even though you were lacking the funds to do all of the work necessary. It did take you several months to contact us back after we called multiple times to help so let's get the story straight here. This was not due to our lack of attention or willingness to help. It's apparent it was a financial issue on your end and that's all you had to tell us, rather than ignoring us or providing multiple excuses on your end.

We have been unsuccessful in reaching Master Lift Foundation of Tulsa, Ok. We have been calling 918- 398- 6600 and 405- 226- 1456 and have been unsuccessful in reaching someone. The company is unprofessional and the owner called me for final payment before the work was completed to job specifications. The French drain system had cords hanging out of the ground and the ground was supposed to slope away from the house. Steven called me cussing me out to get final payment before he came to fix the problems. Very unprofessional.

Donna D***** is a thief who attempted to delay paying us after the work was complete. She made excuse after excuse and once she realized we weren't going away became very disrespectful and nasty towards us. Verbally assaulting us and telling us we will get paid. Once we started the lien process her son intervened and made sure we got paid. Donna has a history of not paying contractors and then creating false narratives in an attempt to make us look bad. We completed her project and went back to take care of a grading issue she had that wasn't actually an issue, but we went back anyway in an attempt to please her. She has a lien against her property for not paying her roofing contractor and is currently being sued and foreclosed on. Donna, theft of service is a felony and you are a thief. You will get what karma serves you for being a liar and a thief. We do not appreciate your false claims! To the BBB you need to change what you post online and how you handle false claims against contractors! We are no longer members of the BBB because of the way you practice and handle business.
