DO NOT HIRE THEM: They did a terrible job on my partial drain re-pipe. They left lines that leak that they installed new, left a leak in my washer drain in the wall, placed the toilet opening too close to the wall to install a toilet, then had to dig out the slab again to move it. Then they put me on their "do not service list" and left me with three openings in my slab to repair myself (including the one at the toilet). This is just a partial list. I wrote a long complaint but BBB never posted it.

They did unclog drain but left a mess of roots in back yard that I had to clean up.

Tried to charge $2,100.00 to fix a water leak. It cost me $500.00 to fix from another company. Mullin caused $12,000.00 in damage to my wood floors by turning off the wrong water meter. The plumber left and refused to come back minutes later after we reported are water is still on. I was out of town and my 81 year old mother was left not knowing what to do until the next morning.

Requested an HVAC tech to connect new mini splits indoor units and charge the system. After 4.5 hours and $630 in charges, the Freon leaked out of the system in 8 days. Initial charge was $792 but found discounts after tech left. Reduced charge to $630. Hired another hvac company to find and resolve the issue for another $400. All I am asking for is the labor cost that was charged to be refunded. That amount is $300. I sent an email to Mullins and 2.5 weeks later still no response.

We were recently dropped from the platinum plan. We had paid in close to 3k in 5 1/2 years. We received less than 1k of parts and service during that time. We lost 2k and the company refuses to offer any type of reasonable refund. We would expect something fair in return. Mullin Plumbing is a business trying to make a profit like any other company. That is understood. However, there is a fine line between profit and ripping off your customers.

Mullin plumbing came out January 2018 to replace my sewer line and tie into the city main. Caleb was the Forman for the job I don't know his last name. He was horrible from the time he stepped out of his truck. One of the questions I asked was if I needed to get someone out here to take down my fence He said he would dig under it. I came out of the house later and the fence was down. I asked him if he was going to put that back up. He yelled at Me said he wasn't going to do it and he didn't care how I got it back up. Turns out a lot of phone calls later they have a person that fixes what the company breaks. He was s jerk the whole time he was here. They charged me around $4300. And now last week I had to have a company come out and fix there work. There where roots in the line because they ran the line to the main but didn't tie it in. And my paperwork for the job said they tied into the city and the city inspector signed off on it. But they didn't. That cost $2000 to fix what they didn't do. They should give me my money back but we all know that's not going to happen. there is a lot of complaints about them I know that now. That's a shame. The Mullin family lives here in this town and that's how they want to treat people how sad sad sad.

I don't know what a bid is. I assumed that the bid went along with an hourly rate. they charged me 1140.00 to do what I estimated at around max 4 hours.. And they did not give me any explanation of what they repaired and the parts it took to repair the problem. Then they had to come back the following day because the problem was not fixed. Plus my water bill was $100.00 higher because they took 4 days to get to it. I did ask for a senior discount, they gave be 5% off and that is how the total came to $1140.00. When they were finished they left mud hand prints all of the side of the mobile home they were working on. Very disappointed. I wonder how many other people have been taken by this company?
