              This complaint is to dispute all charges that Flawless Smile Dentistry made against my dental insurance account in ***************************. I was considering getting dental implants. Flawless Smile Dentistry's website advertises a "Free Dental Implant Consultation and X-Rays", a $329.00 value. But this group used a dishonest and deceptive scheme to knowingly file a claim with my dental insurance. Before making an appointment with them, I called their Broken Arrow office and asked about this being no charge, and they confirmed by phone that this exam would be free. So I made an appointment with the dentist who would do the implant. My husband went with me to the appointment. I checked in, and the first thing I did was to ask them to verify that this would be free, and the receptionist said we would not be charged for this appointment. Next we were taken to an exam room where a nurse asked me some basic questions and took a number of X-Rays. Then the dentist came in and did his examination. We asked him directly about this being a free exam, and he said there would be no charge. But then I received an Explanation Of Benefits from **************************. This dentist had filed a claim for $240.00, and the *************************** paid the Covered Amount, $153.00. Flawless Smile Dentistry should return this money to my *************************** account. They do not qualify for the BBB A+ Rating. ********************************************************************

              1 by far the Worst dental offices we ever went to. My husband went in to a get a tooth repaired and was told they would send the prints in to get the correct prints for his cap. Then after getting done, and we have dental insurance the lady at the desk named Clarrissa said that will be $468 so I said we will have to call our Denist off, and payment arrangements. 1 week after my husband being seen I get a call from Clarissa in the business office threatening my husband, I thought we have never been spoken to like this. So I will be contacting their Corporate office, Social media, letting them know how this business runs and treats clients. And I will be releasing the audio she left on my phone!

The nature of the call was to make sure that we were servicing you in attempting to get the treatment done in a timely manner. We were simply trying to inform you that the impressions taken cannot be sent to the lab to have the crown made until payment had been received. We wished only to make sure you were aware of the state of the case and see if you wished to move forward.

              The response from this Dentist office is false I have on my
              Voicemail stating they were not sending off his films until they receive money up front. This was not discussed prior to my husband until they received $458 I said to the staff, that it was rude and unprofessional they are the only dental office that threatens customers
