After being charged $9,125 for an engine rebuild they quoted for $6,000, I barely made it 5 miles before I discovered they had broken the fuel line. They sent someone out to put a couple hose clamps on the line as a temporary repair because the truck was heading out on a job. It made it about 120 miles before it broke down because the air compressor wasn't getting oil from the engine and the brake system looked up - and this time they refused to send anyone out to help. We had to spend nearly $4,500 on out-of-pocket repairs. We argued with them for over a month before we finally got $3,500 of that reimbursed. We we went even deeper in the hole. And they pretty much insinuated that if there was ever another problem, they wouldn't be standing behind the warranty. These people are major a**holes. Avoid them like the plague.

Hi we are so sorry that they are unpleased. Please be advised that after each installation we do a 25 mile road test and recheck everything with the engine. The engine was running great. We advised Mr. B to pick the vehicle up and after he drove it back to his shop he called and said that there was a fuel leak. We immediately sent a mechanic to his shop and temporary repaired the plastic line. We advised him to come back immediately for repairs and he didn't. Instead he drove to OKC where the vehicle broke down. He contacted our office at 4:40 demanding we come to OKC immediately and that wasn't possible. We advised him to bring commercial truck back as we had already requested. He refused and had another mechanic fix the truck. It then broke down again due to his mobile mechanic. So it had to have the same part replaced a second time. Once the truck was brought back to tulsa we repaired it correctly and reimbursed him for every receipt he supplied and an extra $500 that he didn't have receipts for. Our warranty CLEARLY states that all work must be done by Southwest or one of our approved mechanics. His warranty was voided the minute he refused to return truck. However, we still warrantied and gave him $3500.00. We are sorry that he is unhappy. We stand behind our work and commitment to our customers.
