Liars and Cheats! BEWARE!! We bought a 2023 Honda Odessy, Dec. 18, 23. Was advertised online as having 12,256 miles, listed online for 35,500. We get there (from Collinsville) realize the car has over 16 k miles, 4000 miles difference. Salesman (Ed H****) took note of the mileage, the only decent and honest one of the bunch, Chris R****** wrote all the paperwork up with the INCORRECT MILEAGE. They refused to honor the ADVERTISED ONLINE PRICE adding 2000 to the cost due to not having a trade in, this WAS NOT LISTED ANYWHERE ONLINE as price being ONLY WITH A TRADE IN. We put 5000 up as down payment, then get another 4000 added for "extended warranty" We have contacted "Aundi" her job "is to listen to all complaints and forward them to the owner" as the assistant administrator. Casey B******, manager of this lot as well as the Hyaundi lot, assured us this was a simple mistake, we want the online price honored as well as the 4000 "extended warranty" cancelled. Chris R****** verbally told us the bank would remove the 4000 extended warranty, more lies!! Even received a "welcoming card" from Mark S****** service dept. stating on the card the vehicle was serviced on 12/20/23, with milage as 12,256. IMPOSSIBLE Mark, since we drove the car off the lot on DECEMBER 18, 23!!! I will be contacting car fax regarding their Buyback guarantee for selling the vehicle with fraudulent mileage.. I wish I had investigated this dealership, read the horrible reviews on BBB. I have no idea how this company is allowed to practice business. Save your money, your integrity, RUN the opposite direction from this place!

Purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage in November of 2023. Started having issues with it, front end and steering wheel shaking really bad, I mean REALLY bad. Drove it Galveston, Tx, husband noticed it too. Got back in town, contacted the dealership, dealt with Andrew (tech), he stated they changed out the brake pads, that should take care of the problem, well it did NOT. I actually recorded it doing it on the way to work one morning. Took it to another auto shop I will NOT name, and they checked it out, I showed them the video, and they did an estimate, and sent me pictures of their findings. So, contacted the sales person Hobbs at Patriot, he is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I told him what was going on, he recommended bringing the car back in, so I did, and got a loaner car, thanks to him. So, the service area checked out the car supposedly test drove it, Had it over a week, when I contacted Andrew, he did NOT contact me, stated it wasn't doing what I said it was, I ended up texting Hobbs, forwarded the video and the "estimate" from the other shop, by the way, Andrew also stated the other shop said nothing was wrong with it, and that's not what it stated, they did an estimate only, no work was done. Andrew contacted me stating he finally got the car do to it, I'm sure this was after seeing the video and estimate provided, and supposedly fixed it, and this was last week, in January of 2024, well, its doing it again, January 12, 2024. I'm not satisfied and I hate this because service is 90% of the auto industry. Andrew contacted me once in all this, the car has been in their shop 3 times, since November, unreal experience. It seems a lot more than 3 times, it was there 3 weeks the 3rd time, I'm just warning other people.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! We bought a new to us, used vehicle from PATRIOT. A 2015 4Runner SUV. It looks really nice. We thought it was a good thing. We test drove it, and it seemed fine, other than needing break pads. They said they would put new ones on. Even though I had a not very good feeling about it, we bought it. This happened on Saturday, 7/30/22. Well, on that Tuesday, as I was driving home from work, I stopped by the pharmacy. While I was in the drive through picking up my meds, ALL the lights on the dash came on, and it started dinging. As I was trying to leave, the breaks went COMPLETELY out! The break fluid leaked out all over the driveway at the pharmacy! A mechanic was working across the street. He came and looked at it, said all the cylinders were dry!
The breaks were so bad, they were causing grooves in all four rotors!! He parked it in his lot, using the emergency brake. I called PATRIOT, they sent a wrecker and had it towed to them. They said they were repairing it, but were debating on whether to replace the sensor that was causing the service engine light to go off or not. They SAID they did, but who knows. Can't trust them! I told them I needed a loaner vehicle. He asked if a Colorado truck would be ok. I said yes, so he brought me a Tacoma! Lol! Well, we drove it that evening. Turned the headlights on, and one was out! No surprise. Anyway, we went back to PATRIOT today and got our Jeep back! They refused give us the $3,000 we paid down on the 4 Runner, even though it did not go toward either vehicle! They just stole it! After we got home, we noticed the case for the removable sunroofs was missing. They said no one had seen it, even though we absolutely DID leave it with the car. Someone there STOLE it, then lied about it!!
And also, they did not tell us that vehicle use to be a rental car!! We were NOT happy!! If you get a car from PATRIOT, be sure to check EVERYTHING!! Better yet, shop elsewhere!!
