This class is a practical step-by-step approach for planning, conducting and evaluating a structured, behavioral interview. Based on the principal that past behavior is the best predictor of future performance, participants will learn to recognize the critical factors that predict performance and how to assess candidates using a variety of questioning techniques and interview tools.
