      We went in on Monday Nov. 21, 2022. They stated that they needed to run labs and biopsies on our dog, that we could leave since this would take 2 or 3 hours. After 3 hours I called and they said nothing yet, after 5 hours I called again and asked if I could pick up my dog. They said everything had just been sent because their systems had crashed and I could pick her up. Total cost $1600.00. They said they would call me with results first thing in the morning. I called them at 10:30 and had to wait for a callback at 11:30. The tests were inconclusive, and she would need scans. I took her back at 12:20 PM, since the tech was there until 4. At 4:00 they called to say she was ready, and the tech would go over the results when I got there. Well, the results again would not be in until the morning, so I asked that they please call me first thing. I called them at 9:30AM and asked for a callback, then again at 11:00AM and demanded to get the results. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes! The receptionist then came on to tell me that the Dr wasn't available. He finally called us at 12:46PM. And basically told us that they still didn't know and would have to run MORE tests for a lot more money! Meanwhile my dog is uncomfortable, and could die from her condition. We paid all of this money, for no resolution! Our vet read the scans and was able to prescribe our dog medicine to help her. I don't believe they care about animals, they just want your money, and keep leading you on with more tests. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, especially when an animal's life is at stake. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their pet to this vet hospital, as all they care about is money.

      My ********************* are tge leather from a softball. Took her at 530 and didnt get seen until 7 am after shift change. Paid $150, and $2400 for morning hydration and meds, agreed on an endo at 3 pm with a $2600 deposit (60% of worst case being invasive surgery). The internal medicine dr left at 6, we were told it would be in the morning, I called several times tge first day to check up, even at 10 pm and 6 am the next day. I called at 10 to check on her, procedure not done, told 11 am, called at 1, not done, doing surgery on 2 other dogs, finally my boyfriend got there at 3 after work and barely working on her. She suffered an ******** hours, risking the leather to pass further down, and they wanted another $2500 for extra X-rays, dr to see X-rays $488, lots of pain meds, hydration, etc. I called my veterinarian, I was so embarrassed I fell into this deep dark hole. I told me they should have enduced vomit since it was so soon after she ate it. He was also appalled when I sent him a copy of charges. The medications to take home were over $300, I asked for scripts and had them filled at ****** for $32.00. **** is doing fine, almost eating like normal 4 days later. I added up the receipts and it came up $1700, receptionist told me $2500 yet a third paper stated $3200. Anyone would question this! I asked to speak to the manager but it was 9 pm when we decided to take her home. She said she would call me the next day, but I didnt get a call until Thursday evening. I called Friday and it felt like they were reading off excuses oh and they found a $400 error. Really? I didnt get anywhere, I told them if God put me on this earth to be the voice for furbabies, then so be it. I plan on filing a complaint, going to the media and stand on their street corner with a sign. Freedom of speech is still legal right? That is what this place is about. Ask your friends for a good ER location that doesnt ***** your hard earned money. Do it for your fur babies.
