Top notch company. Great product, great service and installers. We had them do a ************** for us. We highly recommend them.

We had Sun Control install 3 patio screens last fall .[ 2022] We have had continual problems with the shades. First a motor quit working resulting in damage to a screen we could not raise. Two of the screens have had repeated problems coming loose. Initially we were told the installer was a new employee which we figured was inexperience. Yesterday someone was sent out for a screen that had separated and later in the day the same problem happened after their employee has replaced a part. He then told my husband they never have to repair that issue again. Guess what?We have recommended to neighbors and will no longer do that. Now it will be next week that a repairman can be sent out and of course someone has to wait on their timeline.We learned about Sun Control through a home show in ******. The cost was 25% more than our neighbors [ exact screens, same company]] which were installed 2 years prior to ours.What do we think? Not good. My husband is a retired contractor and he would never do business this way. He would IMMEDIATELY tend to any issues.

This is our second and third Sun shade from Sun Control. The installers arrived exactly as promised, completed the job, tidied up and the next day a supervisor called to see if he could come and review the work they did. He wanted to make sure we were happy. We were.

Great experience with S.W. Sun Control! We absolutely love our motorized sun shade. Installation was earlier than original install estimate date. This is a stellar company! From the very beginning when we got a quote from a knowledgeable sales rep, to the delivery and installation being earlier than we thought, and the installers. Wow. They were a great team and they loved working together you could tell. We love our shade its absolutely wonderful and its great quality.

We couldnt be more impressed with our shades which were exceptionally long. They are beautiful and work well. The installers did a nice job, but we noticed a couple of minor issues. The next day the inspectors were there checking our shades and tweaking the installation, with out our even asking. Great company!

Sun Control installed beautiful shades across our back porch. *****, the estimator, clearly explained the entire process and was patient showing us numerous samples. The installers, ***** and ****** did an excellent job installing our solar shades. They worked very hard, especially when our concrete pillars were difficult. All were professional and friendly. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Its a very well-organized company. We highly recommend. Were enjoying our shades every day!
