On 12/22/2021 Essential Pest Control came to my home residence to spray weeds in the front and backyard. They have serviced this address for several years. The spray is to prevent weeds from growing. Pre and Post emergent service. On this service day they only sprayed the front yard and stated on the bill that the back yard weeds were too high to spray. I got charged $79.00, full price when they did not complete the contract established for the front and back yards price. I called on April 20, 2022 to resolve this bill. I explained that the service was not completed as agreed upon as previous contract was established. I offered to pay for the service they provided on the front yard and they declined. They stated that they do not reduce the price for not performing the full service. None of this was mentioned to me at any point or in writing. I have no issue paying for the front yard but will not pay full price for something that was not completed as agreed upon. Whether or not they took over this company as I have heard, they still did not do their due diligence in notifying their clients on any changes to the previous contracts or policy changes about said service prior to this dispute. Now they are threatening me with collections when I offered to pay for the service provided, which was the front yard sprayed. This company is not bargaining in good faith and over charging for services not provided.
