Terrible service. Been a customer for over 15 years. And apparently something has gone wrong with the company. Had good service to begin with but now the company has deteriorated. You cannot get anybody on the phone you have to leave messages and I have left many emails and messages but they do not respond. Beware Of this company. The manager or possibly the owner *** is very rude. And went as far as hanging up on me when I was complaining about a problem.

We are sorry that this customer is not satisfied with our offer to research her complaint and look for a mutually acceptable resolution. Our general manager did return her call and spoke with her, letting her know that he would simply need some time to speak to the technician, who was not available at the time she called. We have also double-checked our emails and found none, so perhaps they went astray. Our goal is to resolve every situation which arises, and sometimes we need a little time to do that. Ultimately, our manager did end the conversation, which had become nonproductive. We wish her well and trust that she will find a company which meets her needs and expectations.
