      Terrible customer service. Buyer beware! IF you decide to purchase something from thembe prepared for a long wait. I purchased a rmr mount & a slotted charging handle for my Beretta A300 Ultima ************ almost been a ********** still waiting. I also received NO shipping information from GG&G. I had to be proactive & then they told me maybe another week.

      ****************,GG&G takes exception to your review. Heres why. From receipt of your order to delivery by ***** the transaction period was a total of 16 business days, not almost a month as stated in your review. In fact, it was only 23 calendar days including one holiday on 2/19/2024.You placed your order on the GG&G website on 1/30/2024 at 7:38pm. GG&G staff entered your order into our order processing system the morning of 1/31/2024. Your order was invoiced the afternoon of 2/14/2024. You emailed our customer service department on 2/15/2024 at 6:**** to inquire about your order status. Our Sales Director, *****, responded to your status request by email, less than 24 hours later, on Friday 2/16/2024 at 4:06pm and indicated your order would ship next week. He then ensured your order was in the shipping que. The Better Business Bureau indicates your review was submitted 2/18/2024. The Presidents Day holiday was Monday 2/19/2024, during which there was no **** mail service. Your package was picked up by **** the afternoon of the next working day, 2/20/2024. As of todays date, 2/23/2024, per **** tracking information, your package was delivered yesterday, 2/22/2024 at 4:14pm in/at your mailbox.Due to extraordinary order volume, our processing and shipping times are certainly longer than wed like and, of course, longer than youd like. However, we did respond to your status request within less than 24 hours with accurate order status information, which you did not state in your review. Many companies are currently not answering phone calls or emails, or even providing a way to contact them.High order volume is a good thing and we sincerely thank you for your order, however, it does mean that even with all hands on deck, we cant get all orders out as quickly as we normally do. We truly are working hard to get back to our high, prompt service levels. With ****** seconds in a day, well probably thank our customers and others for their patience about 200 times a day while we catch up.

      Got a call regarding my order of a magazine tube cover. I was told my card was declined. So I called back went straight to voice-mail. Been in business for 30years and don't have some one to answer phones? Weird but ok. I left a message and got a call back from ***** or *****? Not sure but he needs to work on his custom service. The man talked to me like I was bothering him. Very rude and demeaning. Hopefully their shipping department is better and the quality of the part will make up for this asshat.

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Over the 30 years that GG&G has been in business, we strive to take advantage of every opportunity to grow and improve. The customer service experience is one of our utmost priorities, along with producing high-performance American Made Tactical Accessories, because we realize that if the customer isnt happy we cease to exist. After reading your review, I had our Product Specialist, *****, follow up with you to understand how he could have better served you. During that follow up, it seems you both recalled frustrations over a bad phone connection, which made it difficult to communicate with each other. You indicated that you were a retired police officer and sometimes had bad reception where you currently reside. ***** confirmed with you that despite the less than ideal connection, he had assisted with all your needs during that initial call. At that time, you indicated that the review had been premature and you intended to retract it. The follow up call ended on a very positive note. Our delayed response is due to us waiting to see if the review would be retracted, as you indicated. Since the review is still up, I felt it necessary to provide a proper response. Once again, I thank you for providing valuable input on what you felt was a less than ideal interaction with our representative. It serves to help us continually improve our customer service.

      Ordered their product and received a confirmation email. Ever since nothing but crickets. I called multiple times during their ridiculously short window of operation to only get a prerecorded message. I guess I will go through my credit card company to get my $130.00 back.

      I returned a part in accordance with their return policy. THANK GOD I read the policy carefully, it is unreasonable and almost impossible to comply with. 2 weeks later after sending the part back, I received a call from some guy at the company trying to bully me by DEMANDING to know if I had a particular type of rifle and why the part I'd returned didn't work. He really caught me off-guard with his attitude or I would have had some choice words for him. This is not the first time I've tried their products and needed to return an item - but it will be my last! Their products are "hit and miss" at best. Their attitudes and customer service is worse. How this company has managed to remain in business is beyond me. Please - pay attention to the other negative reviews. I'm amazed there aren't more.

Our return policy is structured in a way that protects both our customers and ourselves and is actually much more lenient, compared to other companies within our industry. Since you haven’t included your name or the product that you purchased, I can’t with any specificity respond in full, however, when a return is initiated, our Product Specialists are instructed to obtain as much information as possible regarding the reason for return, so that we can improve the customer experience in the future, i.e. provide better or more information on our website, etc. We have been in business for over 29 years and strive to maintain an excellent level of customer service. We apologize that your experience fell short of that. Our Product Specialists have undergone additional training in customer service techniques in order to avoid this situation in the future.       I appreciate the response from the business. I would like to point out that I do not feel that I'm being overly sensitive in my description of my treatment. I commend them for being in business for 30 years however, may I be allowed to suggest that customers be spoken to in a more pleasant manner, not so gruff, demanding and matter-of-fact. Tone, attitude and approach goes a long way. I often have to remember that when speaking to my children as I naturally have a strong voice. Still, BE NICE to your customers. They want to give you business, they're not the enemy because the part or product didn't work out for them. In closing, I cannot dictate a company's return policy; that's not my place. I do think their return guidelines are a bit over-the-top and that can make consumers hesitant to purchase. I'm sure GG&G knows what works best for them, though.
