              I was in the garage when I heard the left garage door spring break. I called Discount Door about 4:30 PM and they sent ***** out the next morning. He called and said he'd be there in ***** minutes. In exactly 15 minutes he was at the door. It took about 40 minutes to replace the spring. When I asked about garage door maintenance I was embarrassed at my ignorance but glad I asked! I learned that the spring had been noisy because I had not lubricated it, causing it to bind. If any more garage door issues occur I will call Discount Door.
