      I purchased a set of 2 double recliner loveseats on 12/30/2020. I paid for an extra warranty and service protection. This will be the 3rd time my furniture goes into repairs and I'm afraid the warranty will run out before the issue is corrected. The furniture store was very prompt to sell and collect but has been very unresponsive to service, repair, or replacement requests. Because of the declining quality of furniture, I've been experiencing unnecessary back pains. It is almost impossible to get through to or hold of someone with decision-making responsibility.

      It seems like this is the only way to get someone from *** Levitz to return your calls or emails. I have been trying to get in contact with someone in customer service that can actually help me for well over 6 months. *** called, texted, gone into the *** Levitz on Orange Grove (multiple times) and no one has been able to help me. The general manager wouldnt even come out to talk to me. When I first bought a sectional, everything was great. It ended up breaking and the model was discontinued so I was given the option to get another and pay a new warranty. We chose a love seat and sofa with recliners which is what is currently the problem. In the maybe two years weve had this couch, it has broken 4 different times. I was originally requesting that I can somehow return it, and choose a different couch that was better quality and no recliners since thats what the problem seems. I now am requesting to get a full refund and have someone pick up the couch and I dont have to deal with *** Levitz again. Also, the amount of times I have received an email or text to confirm the time for an appointment and dont actually confirm but they still show up is baffling. Monday for instance, I didnt confirm the text or email that was sent to me Sunday. I received an automated call at 9:15 Monday morning stating theyll be at my house in 45 minutes and to call customer service immediately if I needed to reschedule. When I called customer service, I was informed they dont actually open until 10am. I texted the number online to chat and let them know. They informed me to call when customer service opened at 10. Fast forward to around 11:30am. I received a voicemail from the home damage department stating that the truck had damaged my front entrance. I understand that accidents happen and thats fine. What I dont understand is why they were out there when the appointment wasnt confirmed and there was no way to contact them. I was supposed to have an answer Monday evening.
