Service date: 06/17/2022 Invoice #11157 Total Bill: $626.38 Asking $203 Refund-I supplied all materials except brake pads. Erv's/******* called at 11:07 am with estimate of $617.45/2" call I asked if that included what we had talked about earlier oil change, headlite bulbs replaced, fog lights install, brakepads on rear-thought it was high but figured the light bulbs were difficult. I agreed/did not ask for complete breakdown none offered. Notified @4:3pm Ford done arrived 15 mins. before closing-bill not settled/******* working on totals/had yet to see final bill was told it was now $626.38. I finally got bill/after hours-departed for home at dark checked headlights/passenger headlight not working properly/look over bill to a number of descrepancies/called at 06/18 @ 10am to ask about coming in to find headlite issue/bill issues. Headlight bulb is burned out, old/used not a new one-had to demand to see the bulb was told it was in garbage. Owner, Scott Dickson agrees/states I had bought wrong ones, told me they did me a favor putting their own in, I ask about the ones I bought told they are keeping, rear of truck costs more stating they had to disconnect drive shaft?I did not contract nor ask for brake,bleed&flush/went direct to service dept.@Holmes Tuttle Ford($210 total charge rear brake pads/install) Holmes Tuttle=this is an upsell item.Front brakes done,see receipt,04/2022(4 wheel drive,no drive shaft issues $218/1.5 hr.)ErvsReceipt states 5QTS(I brought 15qts./Ford MotorCraft 15-40WDiesel Oil not standard. No idea if I got the oil I bought. I was told should have asked for total breakdown/bill sight unseen, even tho they did not call with the light bulb issue/I had to make a return trip.Owner walked away when I asked for answers/******* kept stating because he gave me the estimate earlier that absolves Erv's?This is sharp practice all around. Refund 1 hr./labor, $65 brake serv./$7.99+tax my new bulbs, albeit wrong bulbs.Owner kept old BO bulb.
