My mom who is 83 purchased a BMW from this dealership. She put down $1000. And what we realized was that what was advertised online for the car was actually $4000 more. They would not budge but mom really liked the car. So we got her approved and by the time it’s all said and done she was going to pay $28,000 for 2017. Which is fine. The issue is that within 48 hours of the car being delivered. We notice that there were a few things that were not working in the car on the car. There were defects in the car that were not shared. They were never transparent about anything regarding the car. I reached out to the owner Xavier and let him know what was going on. He stated that they would fix the car or if my mom really wanted to. She could return the car. Well, my mom really loves the car so she was OK with them fixing it. Mind you this is in December. He asked me to get the car into the dealership as quick as I could to figure out exactly what was going on to see how much it was going to cost them. I did that sent him all the information. He said that there was a place in Colorado Springs that could do the work and he would let me know. Well, I like a few weeks ago by and heard nothing from him. I reached out and he didn’t told me that they had ordered the parts for the car which I was confused about because they’re supposed to be paying for the car. He then told us that there was a place in Niwat Colorado that would fix the car. A few more weeks went by no contact. When I reached out to him again, he stated that he had set an appointment to get the car fixed at the dealership. But no email or text letting us know this I called the repair shop and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. So my mom decided that she just wanted them to take the car back. He said OK they were going to charge us $.25 amount and then shipping charges which he never told us with that price would be. $1000 was paid to them in cash. We need the card to be picked up/return$ to bank.
