I purchased a new 2022 Honda Civic at Autonation Honda in Chandler, AZ in February of 2022. The vehicle is the sport touring model and comes with a manual transmission. I have been driving Manual Transmission cars for over a decade. My car has 28,000 miles on it and the clutch wore out. I took the car to Autonation Honda in Tucson, az. Honda said that it is not covered by the warranty and that it is my responsibility. They suggested that I rode the clutch and implied that I am inexperienced in driving manual transmission cars. Both the 2020 and 2021 model honda civic's manual transmission clutches were determined to be insufficient. As evidence is TSB 22-017 ************************************************************** Despite this past evidence, Honda refused to cover the cost of the new clutch. the cost is over $3,000. They did not offer me a "goodwill" which I understand they sometimes offer. I believe they are making faulty components and blaming customers. I am taking the car to a different auto shop so that Honda does not get my money. I would like Honda to pay me back in full.

My 2009 Honda Civic (its always garages, driver seat is soft and sunken down just a tad and passenger and backseats better condition then drive) stayed 2 nights at the dealer to be repaired. They provided me a rental at their expense to get me home because I live out of town. I had three past great experiences with them. I felt I had found someone I could trust to repair my car. Picking up my car my driver and passenger carpet mats were dirty to include door panels and roof lining above passenger visor. I could no longer move my seats backward. Days later, opened the trunk to find a dirty floorboard. I took a long trip and it was during that time that the loud, clanking noise coming from the *********** had me pull into a gas station with a mechanic on duty. He shared photos of the caliper on that side missing a bolt. The technician at Honda failed to put the bolt back. It got repaired and I resumed my travel and this is when I realized someone at Auto Nation Honda had switched out my seats. I have pain in the area where **** cheek meets the thigh. Both seat sliders are greased and lint clinging to them. The front lever to move seats forward and backward have coil ends that are painted pink and green. I got home unpacked the car and began to look at it closely. The lid housing the donut tire inside the trunk is plastic. It was a thin, wood. The donut tire looks worn. Reaching for the lever inside the trunk to pull down the interior backseat shows that the backseat lining is gapped and held by plastic tabs. I didnt have gaps it was glued. Top and bottom bolt holes behind the passenger top and bottom metal hinges are missing bolts. A gap is visible between the passenger door panel and door frame. A bolt is visible through that gap. The driver panel use to have an inch line embedded into it. Its gone. The ** said no one switched out anything in my car. Theres just no way!
